UPDATED 03.07.2016

I don't know why I decided to exclude Howe and Aherne. Now they are dead.

It was understandable excluding Howe; he was on death's door but got experimental injections in Mexico and was up and active very shortly thereafter. As I stated many times 'we shall see' the lifespan of this experimental treatment.....and we now have a small sample size number: 18 months give or take.

Now for the good news Eesti!

QBs Bart Starr and John Brodie both in 80s also had these injections soon after Howe. Now we have a measureable of 18 months. Starr I don't think will see 2017 but he should be #1DL list next year if he squeaks by. Both of these QBs were prominent and will easily obit and should be on your 2017 list. 18 names to go Eesti

Having participated in the DDP four times in a row now, there are only three names that have been included three times: Zsa Zsa Gabor, Jerry Lewis and Wilford Brimley. The latter one is becoming my own little Clive Dunn; I intend on picking him again in 2017 should he still be alive by then.

Interestingly, in my debut season, I picked both Theodore Bikel and Nova Pilbeam. They didn't die that year; instead, they passed away in 2015 with a mere four-day intervall between their deaths.

Oh, I almost forgot! I had a theme team once back in 2014 called Beauties of the 40s. The following ladies are still with us.

Olivia de Havilland

Peggy Dow

Rhonda Fleming

In 10 years, most of these years lists for people will be down to 0 in many cases, and then there'll be Ryan Buell, still living like some kind of fraudy bastard.

The final word on Ryan Buell (not deceased).

What a cunt.

I similarly feel that my first year will take decades to clean sweep, but Thorson won't be the last survivor (my guess is either Assad or the Gaddafi son). Even with his cancer sham, I think as a whole he's still too train-wrecky to make old bones.

An update for Thomas Jefferson's survivors while I'm at it:

2013: Bashar al-Assad, Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, Superstar Billy Graham, Clive James, Scott Thorson (5/20)
2014: George Fernandes, Rev. Billy Graham, Valerie Harper, Clive James, Wilko Johnson, Ritchii Kara, Michael Schumacher (7/20)

2015: Gino Odjick, Qaboos bin Said Al Said of Oman (2/20)

2016: Yoshiro Nakamatsu, John Wicks (2/20)

My list updated for a couple of economists. That theme team is now overtaking the main team of that year. I also took the liberty and assumed three more deaths in Shameless 2016. Now 3 are left with Connie Johnson going soon. But Jake Bailey is going to be fine for at least 60 more years.

Did quick snooping on the ones you assumed dead, and Blackhurst died 2 March per her Facebook page. Still nothing definitive on Lowbridge though (there probably never will be).

Well I guess there's been some movement:

2011 - Dr Sree Sree Swaniji, Johan Van Hulst, Mary Carlisle, (3/50)

2012 - Penny Marshall,  Peregrine Worsthorne, Clive James, Mary Wilson, Leslie Philips, (5/20)

2013 - Robert Mugabe,Judy Blume, Nicholas Edwards, Danny Kirwan, Bob Dole, Michael Jopling, Mark Eden, Ryan Buell, Freddie Starr (9/20)

2014 - Ryan Buell, Liz Dawn, Valerie Harper, Wilko Johnson, Chris Moncrieff, Pat Rice, Ian Watkins, 7/20

2015 - Seumas Milne, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Jacques Villenueve Sr, Vojislav Seselj, Mary Wilson,Peter Sutcliffe, 6/20

2016 -  Bishop Geoffrey Robinson, Nobby Stiles 2/20

2017 - 10/20

I wonder who'll be last man standing for 2016: the cancer stricken bishop, or the demented footballer.

My last from 2016 is also a two-man race by now. NakaMats probably goes first (as despite being a fraud he's still pushing 90) unless the next John Wick film kills him off at the end...
