Goodness, three big execs in one day!

Herb Kohler -- the executive chairman of the Kohler Company passed away at age 83.

Besides leading the Kohler Company, he was known for making Wisconsin a golf destination.

He was the visionary behind championship courses like Blackwolf Run and Whisting Straits that has lured several major tournaments including the Ryder Cup last fall.

Arghton is about as amusing as a damp sponge.

Granted so are the rest of you.  How can you not make a joke out of the circumstances or his name or that of his company?  Boring muthafukkas is all DL is these days.

_________

Here is the posting made by one of my wonderful home Deadpool people:

“The irony...

"...was also chairman of all major Tata companies including Tata Motors"

"...died in a road accident on 4 September 2022 while travelling from Ahmedabad to Mumbai when his Mercedes Benz car hit a divider."

***Note that Mercedes Benz is NOT part of Tata Motors***

Ta-Ta, Cyrus!

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-india-62787843”

Here is one follow up: “Why his car hit a divider is a Mistry to me.”

Here is another: “I finally found my life's goal. To be president of all the ta-tas!”

Lastly: “i absolutely loved his work with Tatas!”

____________
Arghton sucks.  He is not alone.  Can we have sone levity around here when it’s set up on a tee for you?

The thing about him driving a competitor’s chariot was brilliant.  Just fucking brilliant.

Plot twist!

Russian energy CEO Ivan Pechorin doesn't fall out of a window, but instead "fell overboard":

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11203945/Russian-official-linked-energy-sector-falls-overboard-death-boat.html

The former CEO of that company, Igor Nosov, also died suddenly, of a stroke.

An "Idea of Possibility for 2018" of mine... obviously not the best one, but then, we're never wrong, just sometimes a little early.

Times death notice (copied into spoiler below) for Harold Bamberg, who has died just short of 99.

Its last flight was from Rotterdam to London Heathrow. At the time of its dissolution, British Eagle owned 23 aircrafts and employed 2300 people. A lot in those days for an airline.

Does anyone here remember them out of interest? :P
