As far as I know, the 1985 one dedicated to Mercier herself is in the archives but I've never seen it online. The Thames Archive (company that made TisL at the time) was a complete mess after the break up of the ITV regions. However...a bunch of the 80s editions are showing up in the ITV Archive (via Getty Images now who have taken over ITN Source) as available for sourcing, so my suggestion would be to contact them for further details.
