A hit on all three teams in not even two weeks! Probably was the safest "surprise" pick on my B-Team. Terminal lung cancer and had a resume that guaranteed broadsheet coverage.

I was in the city of Dessau last weekend, famous worldwide for the Bauhaus and the "Meisterhäuser" by Walter Gropius. They looked somewhat between ordinary and ugly.

It's all that Brutalist nonsense, from the 1950s to 1970s was the thing.

If I'm being really honest (having lived in Sheffield for a time) they look amazing, but I wouldn't want to live there.

I actually lived in Park Hill for a year back in the 80's. The flats themselves were fine, and the overall concept was great, but the area itself at the time left a lot to be desired.

Not all of it; Sheffield at that time was a pretty good place to live. Haven't been back for 30-odd years, so no idea if the same can be said now

I'm no expert at architecture, but the Sharp Centre for Design is an all-time classic.

Not even close being 94 and all, but still a solid Scrabble score of 42 for only 11 letters (39 for 8 letters if we drop Sir -- but who would drop SIR from their name?)
Sir C.

My first ever unique hit in the DDP, and first hit for my theme team, provided he gets a QO.

What are his chances? (I’m new to this!)

I'd say guaranteed. Might need to wait a few days, but a Pritzker winner will definitely get a Times or Guardian obit.

In the end he made it to Sky News and got an LBC breaking news tweet.
