Only appears to have had one appearance in Grange Hill, but was a regular as Passmore in the spin off Tucker's Luck.

One of those well kent faces who was in most things, including The Bill, Casualty, London's Burning, etc.

IMDB: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0534063/

Are you seriously suggesting everyone from England's most south eastern county has a face like that?

Report of the death of cartoonist John Armstrong, who drew the comics version of the series for about a year:

Seems to have worked mainly on teen girl publications.

No love for Al Matthews on the forum?

Ah, well, Al Matthews has died: https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/films/news/al-matthews-dead-age-aliens-grande-hill-death-a8552286.html

Played Benny Green's father on the show. Leaves afaik Jumoke Debayo from the Green family alive.

He also had a #16 UK hit with Fool.

Actually it's a sick guy who posts "tributes" for every single celebrity on "Deaths in 2018" Wiki page. Pretty much disturbing.

isn't Paula Ann Bland mostly remembered for losing her bikini top in some clip or other? Her last acting credit is from 1994.

She suffered a cancer scare...

That's one way of putting it.

Actor turned locksmith turned Pointless Celebrity turned actor Lee MacDonald is apparently in EastEnders, so the BBC have kindly allowed us to relive the day when Grange Hill went to Whitehouse: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/entertainment-arts-48533759/when-grange-hill-and-the-just-say-no-campaign-went-to-the-white-house

I grew up with Zammo and his Just Say No campaign. I have been saying No to anything that sounds vaguely fun ever since.

Douglas Fielding - who appeared on Eastenders, Z Cars, Family Affairs, The Bill and Doctors - has died.

You forgot to mention Douglas Fielding's rather over the top cockney bus depot owner Don Conway in Grange Hill.

You know, the couple of episodes where two of the pupils go to work for him and leave a dirty video on one of the coaches, which then leaves the depot for the Women's Institute. Totally not convoluted...

Another death from those episodes following the sad news of Jamie Lehane's death.

I remember her as Trevor Jordach' twisted sister Brenna in Brookside in the mid 90's. You know Trevor, the body under the patio.
