The world is full of monsters. I'm sure the cold words of comfort from UK politicians ring true for the children in Yemen who are being bombed with UK made weaponry sold to the Saudis.

The Halibuts don't have any good reason to be mad at the British the way the Irish had. Britain never invaded a Halibut country, sent millions of people to death due to neglect and robbed them of their culture. Catholism doesn't promote violence the way Islam does.

Been following the news for the past two decades? If you had you'd realise how stupid your statement is.

46 minutes ago, Lord Fellatio Nelson said:

Afaik the IRA never proclaimed to have been at war with England because God had told them to do it.

Also, lets not forget, they were not bombing the shit out of children to create a World wide IRA state.

Tbh, the only thing that can be given any kind of airing, pertaining to the IRA, is the fact that people will actually vote for that cunt Corbyn knowing that he was an IRA apologist back in the day which makes his condemnation of last nights bombing seem a bit, well, utter wank.

He was not an IRA apologist. He simply wanted the peace process to end and was willing to talk to anyone to get it sorted.

Are you putting in for sanctimonious liberal of the year this year? Get off your fucking high horse. There's a difference between people dying in a war zone and people dying in a country in peacetime.

Couple of points Wednesday.... The IRA was largely founded by non catholics... The IRA did Not bomb London in the 70's, that was the PIRA, and I refer you to John Lydons autobiography of living in London at the time..... "No blacks, no dogs, no Irish"....

Tezza condemns cowardice. In my book, the coward is the one who passes the weapon to someone else to do the killing.

I'm not being sanctimonious or liberal. Has anyone asked Tezza to outright condemn the IRA or Republicanism? No, cos it might all kick off again.

LFN calls Corbyn a cunt for a twenty something year old story. I'll call our Government cunts for selling weapons to the Saudis to bomb kids elsewhere, right here and now. Just being equal and for balance. I don't condone anything done by anyone on any side.

Are our Government not simply allowing UK companies to sell arms? I don't think Tezza is actually touring the ME with a suitcase of AK47s.

And if you accept that is there a party that is campaigning on the basis that they will close down the UK arms industry? What's the impact of that? A bet it's a lot greater than Brexit!

Two points:

We are not at war with the Yemen. But we are at war with terrorists. It's a fallacy to believe the UK are in a state of "peacetime" with terrorists, or that we are at war with the Yemen.

If the Saudis were conducting a "war", they wouldn't be bombing indiscriminately. They would be targeting. We should only be selling arms to countries who can be expected to conduct war in its correct sense, the sense in which we would be expected to act if we were at war.

Indiscriminate bombing occurred in Manchester last night. In a war zone. Imo. And the deaths of all kids from such bombing should be condemned. Imo.

People don't need to hear Tezza condemn the IRA because there isn't a history of connections. That's life, she would if asked anyway.

You are being sanctimonious and liberal. And I say that as a socialist. The end of the day people dying in a war zone at the hands of international fighting is the cost of war and is still horrendous, people dying at a concert in Britain also horrendous.

Your previous post appears to signal you this attack is ok because kids ate also caught in the crossfire of war. The difference in war is both sides are fighting each other, this man was a coward as he walked somewhere with no resistance and killed people.

Sorry Old Lady. That would be my fault. I updated the word filter to substitute the word Muslim to halibut when one of our members (can't believe I've forgotten his name) was going on a tirade of abuse towards one of our other members. I'll try to switch it off again. B)

I do not and if you read my previous post you will see I quite clearly condemn all indiscriminate deaths.

You contend the Saudis are conducting a legitimate war and by dint of that foreign children and people should die. I do not.

If anyone is being sanctimonious on the comparison, it is Tezza.

I have nothing more to say on the matter - here it is plain and simple - any indiscriminate killing, whether in war or at peacetime directed against defenceless civilians is unacceptable. Clear enough?

Yes he was.

He never condemned the bombing campaigns and, even now, refuses to condemn their past actions despite being asked to umpteen times. You can also look at his current cohorts for historucal reference too.

I think you should leave it. Makes a refreshing change and if your argument is solid it doesn't matter anyway. :D

So what we all know he doesn't actually agree with the IRA morally. What do you want him to say? "I think bombing people is bad" ffs. Looking for any opportunity to condemn Corbyn.

Still not quite sure why I should care about a teenybopper singer from a decaying empire on the other side of the world who makes commercialised music that sells well amongst young girls on an island also on the other side of the world.
