BRAZIL (only ones with an English wiki page post-1925)

Hermógenes Príncipe de Oliveira (1917-?) Member of Parliament 1955-1967. I'm not 100 percent sure if he's alive, but government sites have no death date and pt wikipedia has marked him alive, if it turns out he's dead I'll remove him.

At this point I completely agree.

She looked bloated when she was hospitalised in April, but a new picture of her was posted on twitter (late April I recall) where she looked fine. As if they applied a ton of makeup to make her look ill...

She is ill, arthritis and maybe heart/lung issues but no way she is as ill as they say she is. (From tbsnews' article: Khaleda, a 76-year-old former prime minister, has been suffering from various ailments, including liver cirrhosis, arthritis, diabetes, kidney, lung and eye problems.)

I'll believe she was very ill when she dies. Her party/cult has already made this a political issue again

Ele Alenius (b. 1925) was the Second Minister of Finance in the Paasio I and Koivisto I cabinets 1966-1970 and is the last living person who was a Minister in the 1960s.

Alenius turned 97 earlier this month. The annual Ele Alenius seminar was held the day after his birthday, but Alenius was too poorly to attend.

Sad news, I respect Alenius a lot. Hoping he's doing fine, one of the few Finnish politicians to disagree with the Soviet Union, condemned the invasion of Czechoslovakia the same day it happened.

Gastritis, bronchial asthma but improving, all parameters normal and I assume he'll be discharged soon. However this is the fourth time this year he's in hospital.

Video released of Parkash Singh Badal:

Looks fine. Won't be his last hospitalisation.

Interesting guy. He affected Finland's political decisions a lot in the 70s. Vuorineuvos Aarne J. Aarnio (1917-2013) claimed Stepanov wanted to make Finland a Soviet puppet state that would possibly have been called "Greater Aunus" or "Greater Olonets", Stepanov himself as the Head of State of this country. Finland's former Foreign Affairs Minister Keijo Korhonen (who coincidentally died around a week ago) called him the "worst enemy to Finland's neutrality"

Sikota Wina, Zambian politician and Kenneth Kaunda's (first) health minister 1964 and local govt minister 1964-1968 dead at 90.

SIKOTA-WINA.thumb.jpg.c63c25ac702578e259e4c0038ccb8ecc.jpg

A pretty interesting life . Expelled from the university he studied in due to political activity, worked for the government of Northern Rhodesia, arrested in 1954 due to entering a whites-only restaurant, worked as a journalist, arrested again in 1959, became Kaunda's parliamentary secretary when Kaunda was the minister of local govt of Nothern Rhodesia 1962, held multiple positions until he left politics in the 1970s, arrested in India for drug smuggling in 1984, jumped bail and used a fake Sudanese passport to fly back to Lusaka under the name Hussein and was later jailed for a year in Zambia in 1985 for  drug trafficking, got back into politics in the 1990s and became deputy speaker of the national assembly but resigned due to another drug scandal. His royal wife Princess Nakatindi Wina (1945-2012) was charged with treason in 1998, linked to "Captain Solo" Steven Lungu's (1962-2012) coup attempt, later released. Was going to marry a 40-year-old in 2017, after "negotiations" chose not to.
