A list I've been working on for a while, health/health history of the top 100 oldest state leaders...

 

Part 1/2, up to place 50:

 

-. Josip "Joža" Manolić (22 March 1920-) Widowed from his wife, 36 years younger than him in 2020, had covid and pneumonia in April 2021, survived without getting hospitalised.

-. Colonel César Yanes Urías (24 April 1920-) "Frail" at 98 in 2018, partially blind and wheelchair-bound in April 2021.

1. (General) Francisco Morales Bermúdez Cerruti (4 October 1921-) Could not attend the presentation of his autobiography in 2018 due to health reasons, wheelchairbound since 2021, frail but not in such a bad condition.

2. Luis Echeverría Álvarez (17 January 1922-) Very frail, hospitalised with blood shortage to brain in 2006, pneumonia three times 2017-2018, rumored dead multiple times, wheelchair/bedbound and looked like a corpse in 2021. No pictures from his 100th birthday.

-. Branislav Šoškić (19 November 1922-4 April 2022) Was able to stand in 2016. Seems like there's been nothing on him since.

3. General Khamtai Siphandone (8 February 1924-) Looked ancient for the last 20 years but has really declined during the last months and is now wheelchairbound and covered with a blanket.

4. Tomiichi Murayama (3 March 1924-) Hospitalised with pneumonia in 2015, in June 2017 with a complicated heel fracture, completely recovered and now walks without aid and still rode a bike a few years ago.

5. James Earl "Jimmy" Carter Jr. (1 October 1924-) Radiation poisoning in 1952, hospitalised with hemorrhoids in 1978, hospitalised in 2010, 2015, survived metastasized cancer spread to brain, two falls, brain hemorrhage and urinary tract infection in 2019. Frail.

6. Lubomír Štrougal (19 October 1924-) Alzheimer's or not, very frail and likely wheelchair bound, not seen in public for years.

7. Guillermo Rodríguez "Bombita" Lara (4 November 1924-) Frail-looking and pale, has walked with aid for years.

8. Ali Hassan Mwinyi (8 May 1925-) Didn't attend Mugabe's funeral in 2019, now seems to be in great health.

9. Giorgio Napolitano (29 June 1925-) Ruptured aorta and emergency open-heart surgery in 2018.

10. Yang Berhormat Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad (10 July 1925-) Heart attack and bypass operation in 1989, two heart attacks in 2006, quadruple bypass operation, chest infection and surgery to cut away infected tissue, in ICU for a month in 2007, hospitalised in 2021, twice in 2022 this far...

11. Mohammad Hasan Sharq (17 July 1925-) In decent condition last year.

12. Yang Hyong-sop (1 October 1925-) Rumors that he was "dying" in 2017, wheelchairbound and frail.

13. Arnaldo Forlani (8 December 1925-) "Doesn't leave his bed much", frail

14. Abdelsalam al-Majali (18 February 1926-) Not the picture of health but he was able to talk clearly in June 2021.

15. Queen Elizabeth II (21 April 1926-) Gastroenteritis in 2013, heavy cold in 2016, eye surgery in 2018, hospitalised in 2021 but otherwise seems to be in good health.

16. Abdoulaye Wade (29 May 1926-) Rumored dead multiple times but seems to be in good health.

17. Jiang Zemin (17 August 1926-) Cardiac illness in 2011, heart attack (?) in 2013, unable to attend events since 2019.

18. Valdas Adamkus (3 November 1926-) Seems to be in good health.

19. Raif Dizdarević (9 December 1926-) Fall in 2017, injured femur and pelvis but can now walk again.

20. Thanin Kraivichien (5 April 1927-) Not seen anywhere during the last few years?

21. Pope Benedict XVI (16 April 1927-) Stroke in 1991, fall in 1992, multiple hospitalisations in the 1990s including pacemaker implantation in 1997, mild stroke in 2005, hospitalised possibly due to bypass operation in 2006, fall in 2009, "fastly declining" after retirement, "close to death" in 2017, "increasingly frail during the last phase of his life" in 2018, face shingles and PHN/trigeminal neuralgia, "extremely frail" and "losing ability to talk" in 2020, "stable in his physical frailty" in 2021.

-. His Eminence Angelo Raffaele Sodano (23 November 1927-) Overweight, presumably hasn't been seen a lot since he retired in 2019 due to "advanced age"

22. Hans Modrow (27 January 1928-) In good health? Looked great in 2021.

23. Luigi Ciriaco De Mita (2 February 1928-) Met with pope in 2022, looked great.

24. Kim Yong-nam (4 February 1928-) Retired in 2019, frail? 

25. General Fidel Valdez Ramos (18 March 1928-) Surgery for blocked artery in 1996. Sometimes doesn't attend events due to his health, but still seems to be in decent health.

26. Arnold Rüütel (10 May 1928-) Still attends events occasionally.

27. Most Honourable Sir Arthur Alexander Foulkes (11 May 1928-) In good condition.

28. Sardar Mir Balakh Sher Mazari (8 July 1928-) Walks with a cane.

29. Péter Boross (27 August 1928-) Walks with a cane but still active.

30. Zhu Rongji (23 October 1928-) Ill for years and suffering from a degenerative illness and looked frail on his 92nd birthday.

31. His Excellency Christos Sartzetakis (6 April 1928-3 February 2022) Aspiration pneumonia and acute respiratory failure in December 2021. Probably very frail.

32. Édouard Balladur (2 May 1929-) Had covid in 2020, looks okay.

33. Samuel Shafiishuna Daniel "Sam" Nujoma (12 May 1929-) Covid in December 2020, walks with a cane.

34. Sir Orville Alton Turnquest (19 July 1929-) Looked frail on his 90th in 2019.

35. Sultan Sir Jamshid bin Abdullah Al Said (16 September 1929-) Moved to Oman to "spend his last days there" in September 2020.

36. Nikolai Ivanovich Ryzhkov (28 September 1929-) Suffered serious heart attack in December 1990. Overweight, still active.

37. Violeta Barrios Torres de Chamorro (18 October 1929-) Suffering/suffered from brain tumors for decades, stroke in 2018, bedridden for years.

38. Muhammad Rafiq Tarar (2 November 1929-7 March 2022) Very frail for the last 5 years, seems to be bedridden.

39. Gombojavyn Ochirbat (15 November 1929-) Elected to parliament recently, in good health.

40. His Excellency Alfred Spiro Moisiu (1 December 1929-) In good condition? Well enough to comment on political issues in April 2021.

41/42/43. Selim Ahmed Hoss (20 December 1929-) Participated in a hunger strike in 2017. Frailish, possibly in a wheelchair.

41/42/43. His Excellency Lee Hyun-Jae (20 December 1929-) Frail? Seems like there are not a lot of pictures of him on google.

41/42/43. Milan Panić (20 December 1929-) Was still in good condition a few years ago.

44. Efraín Goldenberg Schreiber (28 December 1929-) No idea, see Hyun-Jae.

45. Ahmed Osman (3 January 1930-) Was still in good condition a few years ago. Couldn't find anything recent.

46. Shahabuddin Ahmed (1 February 1930-19 March 2022) Hospitalised for gastric hemorrhage in 2018, "gravely ill" at the start of 2021. Very frail.

47. Ion Iliescu (3 March 1930-) Too ill to go on trial in 2018, already has a gravestone.

48. Vigdís Finnbogadóttir (15 April 1930-) In good health, looks decades younger than 91.

49. His Excellency José Sarney de Araújo Costa (24 April 1930-) Heart surgery in 2012, hospitalised in 2016, hospitalised with pleural effusion in June 2021.

50. Ashi Kesang Choden (21 May 1930-) In good condition?

51. Gonzalo Sánchez "Goni" de Lozada Sánchez Bustamante (1 July 1930-) Death rumors in 2021

52. Albert Ndele Bamu (15 August 1930-) Ancient.

53. Dame Ivy Leona Dumont (2 October 1930-) Hospitalised in 2001. Attended an event in 2021, could walk without a stick.

54. Ivan Stepanovich Silayev (21 October 1930-) Not seen anywhere in years, also has a gravestone ready.

55. Prince Mabandla Ndawombili Fred Dlamini (11 November 1930-) Looked great in 2021.

56. Choe Yong-rim (20 November 1930-) Could stand in July 2021.

57. Cesar Enrique Aguinaldo Virata (12 December 1930-) Frail for years but survived covid and a stroke and being on life support for weeks in 2020.

58/59. The Honourable Sir William Patrick Deane (4 January 1931-) Not seen anywhere for years.

58/59. Cleopa David Msuya (4 January 1931-) Looked okay in November 2021.

60. Sir Philip Greaves (19 January 1931-) No idea, looked decent during his tenure as the Barbados GovGen that ended a relatively short time ago.

61. Andreas Antonius Maria "Dries" van Agt (2 February 1931-) Stroke in 2019, smokes weed.

62. Isabel Martínez de Perón (4 February 1931-) Osteoarthritis, fall in 2007. Frail.

63. Lamberto Dini (1 March 1931-) In good condition?

64. Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev (2 March 1931-) Hospitalised in 1997, hospitalised and too ill to attend Thatcher's funeral in 2013, "fighting for life" in 2014, hospitalised with pneumonia in 2019, "hospitalised through pandemic"

65. Sir Elliott Fitzroy Belgrave (16 March 1931-) In good condition?

66. Jean-Jacques Honorat (1 April 1931-) Yawn, could only find a handful of old pictures of this guy.

67. Giorgos Vasos Vassiliou (20 May 1931-) In good condition, attending events through Zoom.

68. Raúl Modesto Castro Ruz (3 June 1931-) Rumored to have cancer, who the hell knows.

69. His Excellency Fernando Henrique "FHC" Cardoso (18 June 1931-) Elder Emeritus, still active?

70. Khieu Samphan (28 July 1931-) Currently sitting behind bars, but still looks okay.

71. Pié Masumbuko (29 September 1931-) Fucking ancient and looks a bit frail, his political career peaked 57 years ago but still attended events in 2020.

72. The Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys (6 October 1931-) Latest picture of him I could find is from 2013, looked frailish.

-. Nicola Mancino (15 October 1931-) In good condition?

73. His Excellency Emilio Stanley Mwai Kibaki (15 November 1931-22 April 2022) Hospitalised atleast five times during the last five years, very frail.

74. Barrister Muhammad Jamiruddin Sircar (1 December 1931-) Frail for the last 4+ years, mild stroke and fall in 2019.

75. Javier Maximiliano Alfredo Hipólito Valle Riestra González Olaechea (Javier Valle Riestra) (5 January 1932-) Looked very frail when he commented on Alan Garcia in 2019. Frailer, unable to look at camera this year. Possibly suffering from a degenerative disease.

76. His Excellency Sir Edmund Wickham Lawrence (14 February 1932-) In good condition?

77. General Tang Fei (15 March 1932-) In good condition?

78. Chavalit Yongchaiyudh "Big Jiew" (15 May 1932-) Alzheimer's check in 1997, fall in 2016.

79. The Most Honourable Dame Marguerite Pindling (26 June 1932-) Hospitalised with acute pancreatitis in 2007, hospitalised in 2012.

80. Anand Panyarachun (9 August 1932-) Looked frail in 2019.

81. Queen Sirikit (12 August 1932-) Serious stroke in 2012, hospitalised multiple times since.

82. Gavril Dejeu (11 September 1932-) In good condition?

83. Manmohan Singh (26 September 1932-) Bypass surgery in 1990, stenting procedure in 2003/2004, heart surgery in 2009, diabetes, heart diseases, hospitalised in may 2020, with covid in april 2021 and with dengue fever in october 2021. Frail.

84. Professor Vytautas Landsbergis (18 October 1932-) Hospitalised in 2018, couldn't attend Lithuania's centennial party. Hospitalised with infection in October 2021.

85. Vitold Pavlovych Fokin (25 October 1932-) In good condition?

86. Abdul Qasim Mohammad (A. Q. M.) Badruddoza Chowdhury (1 November 1932-) Looks very frail. 

87. His Excellency Ugo Mifsud Bonnici (8 November 1932-) Still attends zoom meetings. In good condition?

88/89. His Excellency Sir  Colville Norbert Young (20 November 1932-) Retired last year.

88/89. His Excellency Kim Suk-soo (20 November 1932-) Looked frail 15 years ago. Can't find anything recent.

?. Abdul Rauf al-Kasm (1932-) No idea, couldn't find anything recent.

90. The Honourable William George "Bill" Hayden (23 January 1933-) Hospitalised for seven months after serious stroke in 2014. Frail and wheelchair bound.

91. Paul Biya (13 February 1933-) Sounds a bit frail but active.

92. Marc Maria Frans, viscount Eyskens/Mark Eyskens (29 April 1933-) In good condition?

93. Haradanahalli Doddegowda (H. D.) Deve Gowda (18 May 1933-) Hospitalised with covid in april 2021 and january 2022.

94. The Honourable Basdeo Panday (25 May 1933-) Doesn't sound great but still sharp.

95. Ahmet Hüsamettin Cindoruk (8 June 1933-) Obese but still active.

96. Fouad Mebazaa (15 June 1933-) Frailish.

97. Dumaagiin Sodnom (14 July 1933-) In good condition?

98. The Honourable Karmenu Mifsud Bonnici (17 July 1933-) In good condition 6 months ago.

-. Michel Lévêque (19 July 1933-) Not included in wikipedia's top 100 because he's been so quiet for the last decade.

99. Georgi Ivanov Atanasov (25 July 1933-31 March 2022) Looked frailish in 2019.

100. General Suchinda Kraprayoon (6 August 1933-) Frailish?

?. His Excellency Senior General Than Shwe (2 February 1933 OR 3 May 1935-) Diabetic, hospitalised multiple times since 2006 and rumored to have cancer. Survived covid last year.

Two side notes to @arghton's list:

 

1)Gombojavyn has been elected to the Mongolian Parliament this year (at 92!) and is in excellent health.

2)Kim Yong-nam looked very pale and was sitting for the whole time when Kim visited him in 2021. Plus, he missed a lot of public events. Seems he has significantly declined after leaving his office.
