Looking at this thread reminds me many years ago I compiled a list of all Muppet Show guests (original series only) and whether they were still among the living or had passed.  Every now and then I update it when a guest dies.  I believe this is now an accurate listing  The list is in order of appearance:

MUPPET GUESTS

  GUEST                                                                       STATUS

Kaye Ballard                                                             alive

You can update Kaye Ballard's status now: https://variety.com/2019/legit/news/kaye-ballard-dies-dead-mothers-in-law-1203114230/

Word back in Detroit is that Larry Thompson, aka Mr. Whodini, has died.  He was the sidekick for our Detroit area Bozo the Clown show i.e. "Bozo's Big Top".  Thompson actually had his own show for a couple years and producers decided to team up his magic act with Bozo and it was a hit for 8 years....my 8 years as a child (well some would suggest I still am one).
Of particular interest, Mr. Thompson was a teacher in the school district Sir Creep attended (though not at SC's school), teaching shop class and drafting at the Junior High level.
As stated, still awaiting a link of some sort.

One small correction for your list - one of the Mummenschanz who appeared on the Muppet Show, Andres Bossard, died in 1992.

I'd have been around the right age for his appearance.

Needless to say, never heard of him until today.
