Dead.

Woah.

2 hits ON THE SAME DAY (Dawn and Booth).

That's rare.

Is this the first time in deathlist history that there have been 2 hits inside an hour?  There wasn't even time to create a 13th death thread!

TWO in an hour! Now that's great going!

(Though obviously it's very sad and my condolences go to Liz and Tony's families)

There must be a word to describe the  Pat Phoenix former husband dying within an hour of a famous Coronation Street actress?

Can we still have the "Who will be the 13th death of the year" thread? Just for the lulz?

RIP Tony. Yet another one of those UK picks you have to be British to know.

We don't yet know who went first, Liz or Tony.  Just saying.

Gets even more bizarre when you remember that Malcolm Wilkinson; the boyfriend of Christine Hardman in one of the shows earliest storylines in 1960 was played by none other than Tony Booth!

Actually both died on the 25th, but the BBC has it that she died in the morning, while Tony Booth "passed away late last night with close family members in attendance".

Him, Liz Dawn and the fat bloke off Benidorm all in one day, the grim reaper must be exhausted.

Imagine this:

A young lad from Chicago wakes up to go to school.

He goes on the Deathlist forums, and expects maybe 6-8 posts to have been made overnight, half of which are incomprehensible British banter to him.

The young lad then finds out that the Deathlist got two hits in the past two hours.

As they say in the Shriner's Hospitals for Childrens ads: "I don't have to imagine, cause that's me".
