Shauns Death By Numbers 2017

Recommended Posts

Think three non obiters on my team pretty much diminishes my chances on this dead pool, assuming nonobiters can't be transferred on the transfer date.

On the bright side, I wasn't the only person who selected Ben Suisala for this dead pool.

1. Wouldn't this count as a QO for Darren Sawchuk? It's Yahoo, which is a qualifying obit, and while its Canadian Yahoo, the rules don't specify British, and in fact, given FOX and CNN are used, imply Yahoo in general. You'll note its an obit with his name in the headline. A quick glance around the net gives a DOB as 1965.

2. Here is a Yahoo obit on Vicki Letele.

I'll admit to being surprised there was no Associated Press obit for Paul McGill, or a CNN/FOX/Yahoo In Brief on Sasha Lakovic, so far...

Lots of updates for the next leaderboard then, by the looks of it.

Too bad Sims and Suisala didn't obit... I would be running away with this. But it's the right punishment for wading through the swamps of FFBI-picks.

I presume you will also include my points for Brady and Morano or have I already had them?

Errol Christie for lots of people and Helen Fawkes (awaiting obit) too for me (and probably some others) .

Time for an update before it becomes too big a job again?

Christie brings me to 10/20, with 9 of the 10 getting QOs. No bad!

Van Zandvliet makes 11/20.

Who is in the lead now, @Shaun of the Dead, and is it me?

He doesn't know - he's in the Deadpool Development room hatching up some more experimental ideas for new Dead Pools which he is hoping to release soon provided his Research and Development Grant comes through from Deathlist HQ.

This rather excellent dead pool is one of my favourites so I hope Shaun manages to keep it up to date this year.

I think so.Update tomorrow.I put it off as I thought both Christie and Van Zandvliet would die an hour after I finished so was waiting for them to go.Both lasted longer than I thought.
