Speaking of remaining members of the Wizard of Oz team, Caren Marsh Doll would be a good pick. 98 or 99 now I believe.

Football legend Gerd Müller has been suffering from Alzheimer. Not a single update on his health for almost two years now. As they say, no news is good news.

Definitely one to watch. I mean we already missed Puskàs, Cruyff and Di Stéfano.

I watched two sitcom episodes yesterday that featured character actor Allan Rich, who is now 91. I'm taking this as a sign that his time is up.

(the "survivor" episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm and the episode of Golden Girls where Rose writes to Gorbachev).

Chuck Feeney will be 87 next year.

Has given away $6-10 Billion , depending on sources, leaving him with 2 mil allegedly.

Mainly to good causes like health and Sinn Fein, but it was 2010 that hospitalised his heart stopped, pacemaker fitted etc.

I think, believe , that if he makes the gun, he won't see the tape.

Sure, Wilson appeared at Thatcher's funeral, was in the Scilly Isles last Summer, and is still friendly with a whole bunch of journalists and current MPs, but fuck it, she probably died years ago and no one noticed.

James Leavelle (1920-),  the famous Pearl Harbor veteran and the former Dallas homicide detective who was escorting Lee Harvey Oswald through the basement of Dallas Police headquarters when Oswald was shot by Jack Ruby, is 97 years old.

His last interview was in 2013. Definitely a historical and iconic name worth watching.

According to IMDB, Ken Morse hasn't operated his rostrum camera since 2014. Enjoying his retirement or something more serious?

Prince Henrik of Denmark (Consort to the Queen) aged 83 is suffering from dementia

"The prince, who retired from public life last year, has long complained that he did not become king instead of his wife when she acceded to the throne in 1972. A change in the Danish Constitution 19 years earlier had allowed female succession. Even before that, Henrik wouldn't have become king. "

Sounds like he's never been the sharpest knife in the box.

We haven't got a thread about sewing (see what I did there), so here will have to do.

Renowned seamstress Nancy Zieman, who hosts a long running programme called Sewing With Nancy, which broadcasts across much of the USA, has retired following her diagnosis of inoperable cancer.

According to wikipedia it has been shown on 89% of PBS stations but I don't think I have heard of it until the above post.
