Officials at the Biltmore Company say the owner of the Biltmore, William Amherst Vanderbilt Cecil,  died Tuesday in Asheville, NC.  He was 89.  Cecil had a career in finance before returning to Asheville in 1960 in hopes of preserving his childhood home, which was the private estate of his grandfather, George Washington Vanderbilt III.

And now his wife Mimi Cecil joins him.

Bob: I'm going through a very depressed state recently, I think we should talk it through.

Thelma: Oh Bob, we've got so much to get done, can't we talk about if later over a cup of tea, it'll keep won't it.

Bob: Of course, its not important Thelma, I'm only questioning the validity of my entire life.

RIP Bob :rip:

It's a shame he died without healing his rift with James Bolan :(

RIP Rodney Bewes. Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads is classic comedy and both Rodney and James Bolam are great in it.  Cant believe they never talked again after that feud.  It would be great if those missing episodes of the original show would turn up...
