The Mad Hatter 1,092 Posted January 1, 2017 Great list but I would of included luke haplin and ian st john.ian st John is on it.
gcreptile 10,964 Posted January 1, 2017 MSC's theory on the dangers of #14 will be proven again, at least that's what the people who made her the joker (that includes me) think.
Davey Jones' Locker 1,324 Posted January 1, 2017 It's up! Vera Lynn at #2? Fuck me sideways! At least Olivia de Havilland is relatively far up at #10. Also, Leah Bracknell? Gord Downie? King Michael? Gay Byrne? Errol Christie? That's good. Three MTM people: Betty White (FUCK NO!), Valerie Harper, and Mary Tyler Moore herself. Decent list, might be record breaking tbh. If you thought last year had an epic number of high profile celebrity deaths, this year they are expecting us to lose the Duke, the Queen, a Pope and two ex-US Presidents!
Grim Reaper 186 Posted January 1, 2017 The only complaint I have is the return of Doug Ellis and dropping Chirac and Brucie. Other than that, well down Brucey is No. 37...
RobertMugabe 437 Posted January 1, 2017 Solid list, glad I made it.
Joey Russ 7,220 Posted January 1, 2017 The only complaint I have is the return of Doug Ellis and dropping Chirac and Brucie. Other than that, well down Brucey is No. 37... Ah. I see I missed that.
Death Impends 7,959 Posted January 1, 2017 Booth, King Michael, Saint, and Stiles all welcome additions. Surprised Downie and Christie made it, but that's not a complaint as much as an observation. I like the Hefner and Akihito picks as well, and Benedict was overdue for an appearance.
RobertMugabe 437 Posted January 1, 2017 This list should get 15-16 hits for sure
RIP Wee Jum 1,559 Posted January 1, 2017 10 minutes and still no hits ............ NOT HAPPY
The Mad Hatter 1,092 Posted January 1, 2017 The only complaint I have is the return of Doug Ellis and dropping Chirac and Brucie. Other than that, well down Brucey is No. 37... Colin Mead's, Mario Soares and Stefan Karl Stefansson why no list?
theoldlady 2,297 Posted January 1, 2017 Great list! Let´s hope the serial killer Ian Brady goes first, before he gets released from prison. (And the tick-turd on my list: Rodney Alcala needs to expire soon too.)
CaptainChorizo 1,977 Posted January 1, 2017 Really strong list though the exclusion of John Wetton when he looks like Sam Simon/Barry Gibb in their last few months and meets the fame requirement is a head scratcher like Marks last year.
Grim Reaper 186 Posted January 1, 2017 Colin Mead's, Mario Soares and Stefan Karl Stefansson why no list? Fame level issues for all of them.

RadGuy 1,614 Posted January 1, 2017 I was going to predict 9 hits for two reasons: a ) We had 9 hits in 2010 so if the pattern continues we should also have 9 in 2017. b ) After all the old people and icons dead in 2015 and 2016, it's time for a lull. But this list is damn good! I really like all the terminal inclusions. Errol Christie, King Michael, etc. Glad you brought back Valerie Harper, Mugabe, and Mubarak. I'm pissed you included Betty White, though, SHE IS IMMORTAL. So now I predict anywhere from 14-16.
Davey Jones' Locker 1,324 Posted January 1, 2017 Clive James is off the hook, so no token Aussie on the list this year. Also, Fats remains the only rocker. Thought they might have taken a punt on another one after the events of the last 12 months. BTW, is Darth Vader really that sick? It sounds to me more like just general old age. the_engineer 1,415 Posted January 1, 2017 Great list but I would of included luke haplin and ian st john.ian st John is on it. So he is ! I'm drunk and the worst part about that is i don't even drink alcohol.
Davey Jones' Locker 1,324 Posted January 1, 2017 Is Honir Blackman sick? If not, why her over, say, Kim Novak or even a return appearance by Doris Day? Just wondering if Honour was selected due to age alone.
wildstorm 297 Posted January 1, 2017 wowzers, Gord Downie made the cut. Pretty solid list.
RadGuy 1,614 Posted January 1, 2017 Oh right and they finally include Pope Benedict, thank goodness!

Joey Russ 7,220 Posted January 1, 2017 The most shocking Entry ought to be David Prowse. I do welcome Douglas to the top spot.
