Recommended Posts

I noticed that Wikipedia has the death of Abdul Aziz Bin Abdullah Al Zamil at 77, but checking his scrabble score only got him to 61 sadly. :/

Tiresome those who manipulate the thread with middle names.  Disingenuous at best.

Aha! Fijian cricketer Ilikena Talebulamaineiilikenamainavaleniveivakabulaimainakulalakebalau is still alive at 95, can relax for another twelve years and still qualify for this thread.

Corrections time: Ilikena Talebulamaineiilikenamainavaleniveivakabulaimainakulalakebalau was posthumously inducted into the Fijian Sports Hall of Fame in 2005, so he beat his Scrabble score a long time ago.

Edit: didn't notice that on the talk page discussion on Wikipedia, questions about Ili's living status were being asked by a Canadian Paul. Our Canadian Paul?

Aide to the head of Ukraine’s armed forces  Hennadiy Chastyakov, 39, killed by a grenade he was given for his birthday.

Accidents happen. Getting into this thread is much harder to achieve though.   Scrabble deficit is 40:39.
