As of next round I have decided everyone will get 5 picks and we will leave it at that.Because of the increase in numbers the rules will change in that you can only pick someone else pick if they have dropped them in a previous round or already selected 5 other candidates in the new round.This way it makes the game more conpetitive ensures rounds dont drag on for weeks and weeks and means those players who like risky picks can still be in the game if some of their candidates fail to obit.
