Aye, and the Tories - leadership election or not - surely wouldn't dare risk a general election that could just about wipe them out in terms of a majority. I'm struggling to see the UK ever daring to elect Jezza outright but plunging itself into an abyss of no overall control followed by some coalition designed to exclude the Tories does seem plausible.

God, this has to be the slowest dead pool in history since there hasn’t been any hits yet.

We are still waiting for a head of state over 95 years old to die, over 6 months now.  LOL  Incredible.

He is still an MP. If he resigned his seat he would probably hand it to the Lib Dems.

A small amount of excitement in this pool. Ian Paisley Jr  potentially faces a by-election  if 7543 of his consituents sign a recall petition.  Details

This will be known in 6 weeks and is a unique pick for @GraveDanger

Joan Ryan, Labour MP for Enfield North and Chair of the Labour Friends of Israel has lost a confidence vote by her CLP. The route forward is unsure, but a potential by-election could be on the cards down the line.

Gavin Shuker has lost a vote of confidence by his CLP in Luton South.

Paisly survives the recall petition so any vague excitement can sink back into the mire. General Election seems more likely than getting a hit here now.

OK, dont get too excited, but anyone got Edmonton for future reference?

Also involving this MP: currently a trial on the go involving speeding, someone driving and an MP in the car. All very Chris Huhne, by sounds of it.

EDIT- Yes, Joey has Osamor, so this will affect the game if she goes full Huhne...

Fucking knobber of an MP. Should resign.

8 years ago - "We've all cleaned up our act after the expenses scandal"

today - "We're still the same self-centered irresponsible cunts, just a new bunch"

Wasn't it the actions of one idiot MP that kicked off the expenses scandal, we ready for a round of "which MP has the dodgiest family member working in their office bingo"

We've got drug dealer, here's the rest of the list to tick off (must be employed in parliament to count, you have until the term ends in 2022 on whenever anyone fancies an election)

  • - Son's an drug dealer
  • Daughter runs a brothel
  • Husbands an escort
  • Nephew's stabbed someone
  • Brother's a massive tax dodger
  • Wife has a speeding habit
  • Partner runs an immigrant boat scheme in the Mediterranean
  • Wife's got an unpaid tax bill
  • Sister has a gbh conviction
  • Brother date-raped someone
  • Wife's a history of sexually assualting men
  • Husband's a history of sexually assualting women

Go get your card ready for yet another reminder that "anyone who wants to be a politician should be disqualified from being one"

They are two different MPs.

Kate Osamor (Edmonton) has the drug-dealing son.

Fiona Onasanya (Peterborough) is currently on trial for claiming someone else was driving when caught speeding.

I was gonna say, if I ended up in the lead due to that, I’d be amazed since I made my team by randomness tbh...

She employed him as her Senior Communications Officer in her parliamentary office giving him 25,000 a year of tax-payers money.... that's the entire point of the rant. I'm not even opposed to people selling drugs (although I'd rather the government regulated them); it's the hypocrisy that's the issue.

That campaign's going to be a barrel of laughs: ultra-marginal that went heavily for Leave, in the current climate.

Good chance Mr Nigel Paul Farage could end up on the ballot.

I mean she doesn't have to resign the seat unless she gets a year in prison to be fair.
