Did you even read the topic?

I do endorse Patty Duke though.

Next big name after Allman probably. Won't be the next name though (someone obscure probably will be).

Interesting fact, apart from 2015, someone who died in this club got chosen by the DDP victor in the past 5 years, Jon Lord in 2012, Reg Presley in 2013, Mike Burney in 2014, and, although he didn't obit, Michel Delpech in 2016. It'll probably continue this year with Peter Skellern in 2017, so, Olivia Newton-John for 2018?

Big rock singers have a knack to fall at the specific age of 69 for usually no reason at all except complications from drug abuse back in the day.

Possible victims:

Carlos Santana

Alice Cooper

Steven Tyler

Don Henley

Sammy Hagar

Tony Iommi

I always get him confused with Tony Iommi.

Good list and good research on your part Joey, and thanks for taking the time to do this especially since the 69-71 club was originally my idea. I personally would never have the time or make the effort to compile a list like this, just being a casual deathlister myself.

A couple of favourites of mine - John Wetton of Asia/King Crimson and Chris Squire of Yes - were slightly too young when they died to be on this list.

So who do I expect might we see on this list in the future? Possible names include...

Phil Collins
Ozzy Osbourne
Tom Waits
Rick Wakeman
Mark E. Smith (but really it's a 50/50 whether he will die before then)
