“The interview Olivia Newton-John knew she had to do,” host Melissa Doyle says in the teaser, revealing the singer was “wanting to put the record straight while she can”.

While she can...

She’s the one that we want on our 2019 shortlist...

Looks like she might not be a bad pick for this year after all.

Definitely sounds as though it has spread further and the end is drawing nearer.

Yep. If she survives this year is a must have for 2019

Assuming she makes the Advent Avalanche that could be her first Christmas #1 in the UK

11am UK/Ireland time.

6am New York.

I haven't a clue what timezone Chicago, Sir Creep and others are in.

We’re all an hour before New York. So 5 am for all of us there...

Today but 38 years ago Olivia (with the E.L.O.) topped the German Singles charts with Xanadu, holding the No.1 spot for 2 weeks and staying inside the top 10 for 16 weeks!

I love that song so much

Ahhh she was lovely - like Kylie before she became cool.

I hope the news is a little more positive for her than we are all expecting and the 'excitement' above seems a bit OTT.

She qas diagnosed with secondary spinal cancer nearly 18 months ago and this is her third battle with breast cancer. It is unlikely to be good news.

I entered ONJ only on my Inverse DDP and my Deathlist Poker 2018-19 lists because her medical history is similar to that of my mother's. When my mother was diagnosed with secondary spinal cancer she was told she would die in five years. My mother was fifteen years younger than ONJ when diagnosed, twenty-four years earlier, and had four prior bouts with breast cancer. I will put ONJ on most of my 2019 lists.

The singer overcame the disease for a second time, all completely behind closed doors, before tragically discovering she had it for a third time last year – when a tumour was found in her lower spine. She still hasn’t had the all clear, but is hopeful she will in the future.

Olivia has chosen to dismiss conventional cancer medicines, opting instead for natural remedies and marijuana, grown by her husband in a state where it’s legal.”

Summary here - not much new.

Difficult...

"Not the all-clear" - chemo isn't working perfectly => alternative treatment.

Well, Leah lived with that quite a long time, though we cannot be sure what she did or didn't do.

If she goes along with all these 'alternative treatments' as opposed to non-bullshit ones, and survives only a couple of months, then we'll know for sure that Leah Bracknell is in fact a witch.
