Ideas and Possibilities for 2019

Gaston Block is 90 next year, was a popular pick when he had the health scare during his divorce Court Case (aye right) 3 or 4 years ago.

Not a lot since, maybe he's enjoying playing with his toddler, or maybe not.

Middling List consideration, with on the "need to check up on more frequently" list from now till he pegs.

Please, if you do not mind a lot, I would ask you to add Brazilian TV presenter and businessman Sílvio Santos to next year's list, which even turned 88 on yesterday.

Horst Herold, police mastermind during the time of the Red Army Faction, Germany's home-grown terror, turns 95 in 2 days:

The inventor of dragnet (is that how you say it?). He had a heart attack in 1980 and his wife died last year:

And already dead:

Former President of Honduras Roberto Suazo Cordova (b. 1927) looks very frail. In January he lost his son Bayron, who died of a sudden heart attack, and in September his other son Carlos followed, again for a heart attack.

Robert Suazo Cordova is recovering well after suffering medical emergency two weeks ago.

Gary Glitter might be a good outside bet

glitter-gary-51c8d68ad479e.jpg

74, reportedly struggling with heart and hearing problems and a banged up nonce in HM Prison Albany - 16 year sentence passed down in 2015. So he faces Christmas with the troubling thought that he'll be touching 80 if he snags a release for good behaviour. Not much heard about him since his appeal against the most recent sentence was dismissed.

Predicted winners:

You were wrong, for Girma was the first of the moustachioed cowboys to go!

Dee Snider just paid Meat Loaf a visit. I think Mr. Loaf has to be worth a punt for 2019.

Better add Rudy Giuliani to your lists, people.  He has called his own shot...

I'm guessing you heard her interviewed a few days ago on Radio Four. Almost blind but remarkably chipper

I'm thinking she'll see the 2020s

OK, here's one that I can't find room for on my teams (not enough spaces) but is too interesting a character to leave in the cold.

Remember Fred Holroyd? The whistleblower who revealed various nefarious activities in N Ireland?

Well, he's been suing the MoD this year for their tactics in making him look unreliable, including inventing mental health problems. Apparently he is in poor health, and going downhill.

Will get a QO easily. If anyone goes for him, ala Dryden, I wish you luck.

In a similar vein, Michael Stone is up for parole again shortly.

One of his victims sons is trying to block it.

Considering last time he got out he did that fake gun/explosives attack on Stormont that saw him back inside.....

I am just stumbling over that American actress Sylvia Miles is a little older than I ever thought.

Some sources say that she is born in 1923 or 1924 instead of 1932, what would make her 94 or 95 by now.

Pretty old age...
