Thanks! Good luck for you, too!

Right now, I'm working on my team.

This will be my debut.

May I ask you something, @Joey Russ?

Your rejections, what were they?

To learn more about the "level of rejection".

Thanks in advance. ;)

Can confirm that Gary Beikirch was one of the 5 rejects now that he failed to make the starting line.

I guess I can cross him off my (work-in-progress) list and eliminate one would-be rejected pick.

8 rejected from my team… I don’t have any good option left now and feel in a rush… damn

I’ve learned over the year that certain picks are always going to be rejected so I don’t bother trying. Case in point, didn’t even attempt to sneak Gary Burgess through cause he’s merely just a local reporter…

Sent in my team this morning. Expecting multiple rejections, even with avoiding sending obvious non-starters.

I decided to re-enter this one. 4 rejections first go around, all replaced without fuss. Of those four, two were "chance it and see" picks, one could have gone either way, and the fourth was a surprise I wont name yet as they are one of my DDP picks! They were good enough to explain why they turned down the pick though - fame reasons.

Ten rejected picks. One rejected replacement pick. All good now. Will reveal the disallowed selections early in the New Year.

I did actually set up an Elevator Pitch for why one of my picks I thought was on the borderline was good only to get the equivalent of a "well duh of course they're OK"! :D

Now that she's died, I can say Nancy Worley was one of my picks for 2022 that got rejected.

I got nine rejections yesterday. All got through this morning - I wish I had had one rejection for that name I missed. Too many lists...

Same here. I got 7 rejections yesterday and my 7 subs were ok this morning.

Wonder if Hulka doesn’t get bored and accept any subs after our 2nd proposition because I had 9-10 rejected at first and when I went back 2 days later, Hulka answered back in 5 minutes saying it was all good…

anyway, does anyone know if we’re allowed to change some entries before the 1st of January ?

I hope you stay around. Interests change though. Sometimes a break is good. And well, death never goes away.

@Etushispushingupdaisies, I have John Daly on my list, too.   You educated me on Gastineau; I had no idea he had the health concerns he has.  I hope Kareem sticks around a while.  I enjoy reading whatever he writes.  He's a thoughtful man.  I agree with you on Jimmy Carter, but I think he's such a good man I can't bear to put him on my list.  (Very ineffective President, but a good man).
