Once again thanks for flagging this up. A quick look suggests this could massively increase the finishing list and possibly throw in some ties. Update coming when I am on my laptop not phone.

OK, I'll become Nino Benvenuti's carer. Can someone else take Josip Manolic and Herbert Kretzmer?

Four players score a boxers hit with Curtis Cokes

For @YorkshireBanker it is his fourth hit, second in this category but does not give them any new ways of winning

For @Spade_Cooley it is a seventh hit, second in the category but does not increase his current ways of winning (but see below)

For @RoverAndOut it is his seventh hit but first boxer so now only needs a Grammy award winner. None of his picks are tied so he now has five shots

For  @Grim Up North it is another seventh hit and another first boxer needs an EU leader to win but two of his are tied so only three of his picks will result in a GUN victory however if he were to get another hit in any category he would steal the two finishers from Spade

If the game is ended by say jimmy Carter, Leon Spinks or Valery Giscard d'Estaing then this will be a busy day on the forum anyway but it could equally be ended by Charles Maina or Lubomiv Strugal

I think this is wrong by the tiebreak rules.

Number of uniques is first tie breaker before number of hits so if I get another hit in another category i would still lose tiebreakers to Spade.

Look at me not remembering my own rules for a game that started over two years ago.

You are right GUN you will have to make do with your three ways of winning until you get your own two uniques

Late to the party again by 3 weeks but I completely missed my boxer's passing! It's exciting to be in contention (and slightly unbelievable given how long it's been since we first went down to one hit needed) but I don't really fancy my chances. Jimmy Carter is my best bet I reckon, and given the way they're dropping this year, it wouldn't really surprise me. I'm abit surprised only me and Spade picked Carter though, but maybe the Spoken Word Grammys passed others by. Anybody's game though - it is truly astonishing how long this has gone on!

Congratulations @RoverAndOut your Grammy award winner gives you one in each category. Which is a different way of winning to the first game.

Now for the prize. You can take the game lock, stock and barrel or you can nominate the categories and I will run the game. Send me a PM.

Thank you to everyone who played and particularly those who highlighted hits I might have missed.

The wooden spoon goes to @FixedBusiness who still managed three hits.

All aboard for Round 3?
