This came up on my playlist. 2nd best chart topper of the 90s according to some weird poll somewhere. Good to listen to it again before I go through the 60s list when I get home and most probably fall out of love with music.

At the charity shop I found the Webb Pierce album (see awesome album cover below) that had ‘Alla My Love’ (reached #5) on it (along with I’m in the Jailhouse Now) but didn’t buy it. Instead the guy next to me did, and I got to hear a story about him parking Tennessee Ernie Ford’s car for him and singing at a local Hawaii pub with him.

Finally got around to listening to my only acquisition from this years Record Store Day.. Husker Du:- Tonite Longhorn

A few months ago I was working alongside Greg Norton as his new band Ultrabomb had their album release show. I didn't recognize him at all.
