It's a pisstake of a colloquialism used by us millennials, more prevalent in the (South of?) Englandland. If they exclaim "This is a CHOOON!" that means "I very much approve of this piece of music, ole chap".

...I thought they were going "TUNE!" as in "this piece has a great tune..."

It’s like Parklife has been brought up to date.

Note: if by chance you’ve not heard this before, don’t expect it to be brilliant.

Been on a kick with older music that's been mostly forgotten over time.

I must immediately counter that with the infinitely superior original.

New ting that sounds nothing like anything else at the moment. Seriously worth a listen.

I thought I'd give the new Green Day album a listen......

Father OAll Motherfuckers

Jesus christ I wish I hadn't, it makes their trilogy album look good (and that was mediocre)....

Yep.

The title track is alright, Stab You In The Heart raised a smile, the rest were just downright irritating.

Honestly feels like they phoned this in.

Although Warning was their last properly phoned in album and we got American Idiot afterwards on the plus side!!!

Damn, I was so stoked because I'm going to see them and Weezer at a festival this summer. Now? Not so much.

I'd be amazed if they played much of this album to be totally honest.

Here's a terrible new single from Bucks Fizz with an even worse video.

I've had reaction (as in ironic appreciative reaction) from listeners when I inflicted the somewhat clumsy lyrics of the b-side of that on them. I'd say this isn't what he intended but...you could hear it as a desperate mother offering to shag a shopkeeper in exchange for a chance to feed her family

So on my daily commute, Northern Rail, it can take an hour longer than planned I am currently listening to a music podcast  https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwj55-GMt9nnAhUipnEKHXPwAdQQFjAAegQIAxAB&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.musicfirstpodcast.com%2F&usg=AOvVaw2wAToxFH_J5UjDHSGKM_Du

That was a bit long, the podcast is better than radio and quite educational, it shows up generation gaps and introduces new sounds well worth a listen.
