This is the UK’s 2020 Eurovision entry:

Royaume Uni: NUL POINTS.

I'll be honest on two points:

1. That sounds like the kind of rubbish Eurovision fans vote for in large numbers tbh.

2. The voting at Eurovision is 99% politics so nobody would vote for us post-Brexit if we had got Take That or fucking Coldplay to sing.

But we don't want to win anyway, do we?  It's too expensive.  Something it took Ireland a while to cotton on to.

I don't think we want to win, but overall people quite liked that year we finished 3rd and got 180 points or what not. Weirdly, that was the last year we took it even vaguely seriously.

I think its a bit like votes for Head Boy at school - folk don't want to win but don't want to be Johnny No Mates at the bottom of the list either?

The soundtrack to Lost Horizon.

My folks had the original soundtrack album back in the day, lost now like its horizon. Holy heck, there are some stand out numbers.

Against all Logic - the albums 2012-2017 and 2017-2019.

Some sample-rich deep electronic music from DJ Nicholas Jaar:

Here's his cover of The Dramatics' "Now you've got me loving you":

You stole my heart
You stole my soul
You take my breath away
What Can i do
What can i say when you're so far away
What Can i do
What can i say when you're so far...
