I was watching a movie called lilya 4-ever and this song was in the movie. But I knew of Rammstein before but not this song. Very depressing movie btw not one to watch, especially during the depressing pandemic we're currently going through.

Emo-ish 90s rock is my thing.

1979 - what a fabulously diverse array of great music.  Ellen sporting a 2-Tone t-shirt :)

Believe me, I understand you perfectly.

At night, I really want to watch something more cheerful now.

Like most people at this time.

Thank you for the recommendation, the_engineer.

And I'm real glad you remembered me.

You're very kind. :D

Haven't heard that in years. I had the album at the time, wish I'd kept it.

Then I recommend another of Lukas Moodysson’s films, Tilsammans. No Rammstein in sight, but the coda does make perfect use of ABBA’s SOS.

harrymcnallysblueandwhitearmy, I just saw "Tillsammans" on television this morning.

It's a funny film with hilarious situations and very satirical.

Great choice harrymcnallysblueandwhitearmy, really great to see.

Such a good film. I think that this film is the sort of "small films" where discovery can be a pleasure.

You have good taste. I'll give you that.

Thanks for the recommendation. :)

New albums by St. Vincent (seems alright) and Fatima Al-Qadiri (always at least interesting).

Also, this should have made the ESC finals:

Cheers! This song was released the year I was born but still makes me nostalgic; not just the lyrics, but the fact that this was one of the songs when I was ‘discovering’ my musical tastes in early adolescence that really got me hooked on 90s stuff. I love this, it’s my favourite by the SPs :)

Sorry for the constant Alternative 90s stuff. To make things right, this is from the late 80s.

Please, please, don't be sorry.

@The Quim Reaper... You're a person with a great musical taste.

But between you and me...

Now... Nobody sees us... Nobody hears us... :cover_ears:

@The Quim Reaper, if I tell you a secret, you'll tell nobody, right? :sherlock:

Whoa! I was not expecting that.

I remember saying to him... "Don't you want to taste my chilli first?".

"Boy... if you have nothing to hide... I want to eat something... Can I eat a slice of your pepperoni?".

Hmmm... @Lord Fellatio Nelson... I wouldn't have expected anything quite so romantic.
