It’s on my Spotify playlist. Sad, I know.

A local covers band regularly includes this in their set. Goes down well, especially with people of a certain age!

I never "got" that album.  Just doesn't do anything for me.

Find this site which makes a summary of your artists from most popular to less one. Here is my last month recap (top) and my all Time recap (bottom)

I always go through Spotify for the #1s game for the songs I wasn't already familiar with. Even for the songs I don't exactly have high expectations for.

The upshot of this is sodding Jive Bunny is on my iceberg. :deadx:

I love a bit of shoegaze and I just found this cover by Ringo Deathstarr which I hadn't heard before.

One of my favourite songs from one of my favourite bands. And Molko most certainly did change my taste in men back when I was a frustrated teen.

I'm not sure of the actual date, but today feels suitable to celebrate...

It’s like Half Japanese.  Only a man. And a biscuit.  And frankly about the same on all other respects.

God the Arctic Monkeys don’t half churn out some drivel nowadays. Self-indulgent bollocks.

I heard a new one of theirs on the R1 breakfast show earlier (Hello You, I think it was called) and I’m still thinking about how shit it was.

Austria’s Eurovision entry this year is a great comment on the state of the music industry and streaming, while doing an odd dance and, er, singing about Edgar Allen Poe. I’m sure it slaps after a couple of the same party pills the writers had.

This lesser-known song from SOAD’s third album is completely, masterfully fucked.

Posted on the Hollywood Possibilities thread about the way The Falcons of Haunt have latterly taken to producing strange and darkly psychedelic alternative soundtracks to cult movies. Torn between their current Carnival of Souls collection or their take on Tod Browning's Freaks as to which one I rate most.

Here's the link to Freaks: https://thefalconsofhaunt.bandcamp.com/album/tod-brownings-freaks-reimagined

The Really Wild Show theme tune was actually a genuine single, which I didn't know until recently
