The first subs have scored, especially Michael Sleggs, but also Johnny Clegg (sub for some, main for others), and Tunisia's former president of Bangladesh Ershad. Plus, we also had hits with John Paul Stevens and Denise Nickerson, a unique hit for Banana who is the big winner of this update with 3 hits. Of course, Michael Sleggs also leads to the expected change at the top in favor of Death Impends:

Update after more than a month, few hits, but pretty big ones - especially Kathleen Blanco and Valerie Harper. Fred Rister was picked twice if I recall correctly, and two unique hits, Tim Fischer (DI) and, surprisingly, David Koch (DDT).

Randy Romero is the biggest collective D'oh in a while, I guess. I am especially surprised that at least the NYT obit hasn't come.

I'm roster #22, I have Blanco.  I took a look at roster #21, also Blanco, neither scored.  So I presume you are going team by team and haven't gotten to me yet.
I have Johnny Clegg no score.  I posted this (see up this page).   

I only mention Blanco....cuz you did.  As in 'I have updated the scoring [including Blanco]'.

You got the points. However, Clegg and Blanco were also picked by almost everyone else, so don't expect to rise in the ranks. 

 

Edit: Ah yes, and I am not up to date with striking through the names. The scores are up-to-date though.

Update time:

 

New hits are the frequent picks Robert Mugabe, Fernando Ricksen and Jacques Chirac, as well as the less frequent pick of Suzanne Whang. Jimmy Spicer, so far, is a non-obit. Maybe the fact that the New York Times is a QO here, could become important.

DI keeps the distance to Clorox, who added Ms. Whang in the replacement period. Suddenly, Clorox' pick of Daniel Hernandez aka "that 69 rapper" looks interesting.

But then DI is currently waiting for a Spicer QO.

Ricksen was a joker for some, so those players see a big boost in their score.
