At the top Clorox, seemed to close the gap with the Josè José hit, but DI countered with the delayed Spicer obit, resulting in extending his lead by 10 - still within range of the 6ix9ine hit though. Spicer also lifts Joey onto the podium. Two more people had Gay Byrne. And I had previously missed to give drol points for Leah Bracknell, and Cpt. Chorizo for José José. I had updated the score in the meantime without posting here... so I am not 100% sure, but 99% sure that Ivan Milat is also a new hit, pushing Banana onto the podium, plus another hit for drol (and a couple others). Firstly, after I already had to belatedly give points to people for Leah Bracknell in the last update, I now had to do it again - I must have gotten distracted when I added the points. Fixed Business even gets joker points. Well, that's why I need to overhaul my Excel file, so that I just need to make one change on the longlist, instead of going through the masterlists for each participant individually... And I am certain that the DDP system makes it easier for me when I update the scores next year. Anyway, Clive James was a popular hit here. Banana kicks Joey off the podium. But DI and Clorox both had him, so no change at the top. Colin Skipp was another unique hit for DDT who, after a somewhat disappointing first half of the year, has been gathering points here and there like a squirrel... Agnes Kluckhenn is a non-obit for Pedro. And finally, Yashuhiro Nakasone is a hit for The Unknown Man and Prophet. The birth year wasn't entirely clear, so I am stuck between giving 61 and 62, through a lot of guessing (and Spade's research). So the 61 points are a (very small) punishment for the vague date of birth. Pete Frates was a very popular pick here, a little risky, but with many points. Kate Figes was picked by two people. Paul Volcker was a unique hit for me. The new scoreboard sees Joey back on the podium but otherwise the top is unchanged.
