Seems like a similar situation to... the name's gone, the education chief who was involved in exam-rigging scandal about six years ago, died of cancer early in the year. They had "news agency obit" written all over them. EDIT: Beverly La Forte-Hall. They're apparently making a film about the scandal with Michael B. Jordan.
