King Cuellar and Genesis are the only new hits since the last update?

Will do up to date scores in a few days, and probably have a thread for 2020-2021 game next week

The popular hit Genesis P-Orridge has tightened things up at the top down the final stretch . 2 players(Clorox and Gun) are within 100 points of the leader DeathImpends.Joey,OldLady and Torva are also within striking distance if the right name croaks for them. If DeathImpends holds on or extends his lead it would make him 4/4 in WindyCity and rival only Spade's 2013-2016 wins in Deathpool Dominance.

Yeah I lost by 20 points to Death Impends in 2017/18 Windy City so he's starting to annoy me :D

Had to look up what Mr. In-Hospice-according-to-a-random-tweet-for-a-whole-year Stanley Crouch is up to.

Found this on Twitter (Ah, Twitter - my bane and my salvation):

Stirling Moss goes two days too early for the lucky 7 bonus but still reduces my hitherto good chances of claiming the wooden spoon

Johnny Harris has become a late hit for me.

GUN really is at 16 hits if Ed Genson gets a QO?

That's superb.

The general wipeout lately is going to make next year's competition quite interesting. I think it's not going to be one for easy pickings.

Genson would put me at 11 hits with still some room to grow - which  isn't bad - but my bad choice of nrs 3 and 4 has doomed me to mid-table performance.

Not good enough to win though - if QO comes through (and I presume Chicago CBS is not CBS) still 10 points behind Death Impends.

PS I've only got 14 hits with Ed Genson I think so not that superb at all. :D

As far as I can tell, Chris Duncan is the youngest hit (100 bonus points). He was picked by several people though.

If Duncan is youngest he was picked by 5 teams (including me and not by DI) so if the 100 is shared (and rule not clear) I would be 40 points behind at the moment or 40 points ahead if the 100 is not shared.

An Ed Genson QO would sneak me 10 or 90 points ahead.

Is he the youngest though?

@CaptainChorizo can we have a rule clarification and also are you prepared to give us confirmation of the youngest death so far? Cheers, GUN

100 points to each person who chooses the youngest hit.

Denis Goldberg qualifies for that last week bonus. And DI gains 65 pts over GUN... Calculators out.

Fkn hell - 25 points behind I think.

Ed Genson not getting a QO is going to cost me the win.

EDIT: Also means I need to revisit next year's team.

EDIT EDIT: Ironic that I miss out on winning the Windy City Dead Pool because obits in all the Chicago papers don't class as QOs. :D

Fucking hell, I always seem to find a way to cobble these narrow wins in Windy City. I feel like the Florida GOP, except not evil.

I believe with Goldberg and that youngest hit bonus for Chris Duncan, I’m back at the top 3 again (though someone can check in case I’m wrong). Fucking hell, I’m cursed at being a bridesmaid, aren’t I?

Haha - fucks sake - I had Sam Lloyd at 9, DI at 21.

What a difference a day makes,

24 little hours.

That has to be one of the unluckiest 48-hour spans for any deadpooler

Even if it is a misfortune that benefits me I still feel for you, you've got to get even with me in a future pool

So you’re asking me to rig the cup draw to put you against Grim then? Okie dokie. Will keep that in mind. :D
