Isn't that picture De Havilland?

It's Renee Simonot when she went to a fancy dress party as Olivia de Havilland.

Olivia de Havilland

Whereas all your opponents are looking for one good reason to pick their entry, you'll have 102 good reasons for choosing Olivia.

He's terminally terminally ill. He's as sharp as a tack but looks like a bag of bollocks nowadays. Is this exhaustingly elongated final chapter finally going to conclude this summer?

Its June so we need a good June.

This year we have popular DL pick June Brown probably the best actress to grace the set of Eastenders and Dot Cotton is probably the only soap character to rival Hilda Ogden for popularity.

Dot is said to be on her way out will that coincide with the end of June?

Maryport's moment to shine in this pool might finally be here.

Well...that relies on 20 people picking ahead of me all ignoring the highly obitable 98 year old - and you've just reminded them he's still around!!

Norma Miller

Before fat white girls wearing polka dots colonised it, the lindy hop was actually done by real live black people. Head among these was the "Queen of Swing" Norma Miller. Our Norma's not been in the best health recently, with a dose of congestive heart failure stopping any jumps, jives and wails. However - she has promised to make it to her 100th birthday in December. Do you think Miller Time will be called earlier?

That's the first one off the list.

Footy legend now a six stone shadow of his former self and ten hours a day on Oxygen. Not a recipe for a lengthy remainder of a life, but he's still a brave pick with the weeks running short until the kick off.

William Douglas Cullen, Baron Cullen of Whitekirk

Lord Cullen (Ret.) served as Lord President of the Court of Session from 2001-2005.
The Lord President of the Court of Session is the presiding judge of the High Court of Justiciary, which hears all Scottish criminal matters.
Lord Cullen is 83.  Probably safe to say he isn't going to die.
But... he runs a boarding operation for Scottish goats.  If you're from Scotland, he probably has gotten your goat at some point.

Battling bowel cancer but reports hereabouts have fingered his festering colon as the site of a losing battle. Back in front of cameras of late and likely an outside bet to spiral down to death within the next few weeks. But...stranger things have happened and he has reported on them.

Herman Wouk

Famous author who's love of a decent ending hasn't been obvious in his personal life. 103, mind - debateable how many pages he's got left in him.

wtf happened - he dies and the picture vanishes from the post done on 2 May

Scary

Sounds like the start of a thriller!

77 this very day and one of the seven remaining boys of 66. Not that he's currently capable of adding up those numbers. Scored the odd goal (20 league, one international) but the big question now is whether he'll score for one lucky entrant in June.

He revealed the secrets of life but the secret of death seems to elude him and his longevity has rather allowed his racist opinions to become more of the story than his scientific legacy.

Will his double helix unravel in June?

There might be something in this harmony, tree-hugging nonsense. Maybe I'll become a vegetarian ...... oh wait

Paul Lamb

Terminal case and right to die activist who's stepped up the campaign of late and looks a mite worse in recent pictures than he does in this brooding portrait. A timely reminder that MMMDP would pay out points if the scoring pick had partaken of the delights offered by the likes of Dignitas.

Paul - Gazza - Gascoigne. Let's recall him in the 90's and the form of his life because - fuck knows - there are days he can't recall that. Apparently in a good place mentailly at the moment and embarking on live speaking dates with Vinnie Jones. Gazza's entire life-script history suggests that triumph comes before tragedy and his self-destructive spirals occur rapiidly. When a massive death rumour went round a few years ago saying his body had been discovered in a hotel not many people registered surprise. He's doing some live dates in June, just sayin'

Sunny Garcia

Has his own take on what it means to show a Sunny disposition. Suicide attempt has left him on supported life with little solid signage of what that means in the short term. Could be so compromised that the off switch does for him and - if so - that's days away at most. Which, incidentally, reminds us all that the shit on this thread gets real in the opening seconds of Saturday.

Maude Apatow

Despite not having any known illnesses, living anything close to a dangerous or libertine lifestyle, or even actually being that famous, Maude Apatow has been a DDP pick every year she's been eligible (three running). Will she be a better pick for a different deadpool like the MMMDP? After all, this is 40...
