Think that's 10/50 now, so nowhere near winning yet, but... what a fucking call that was in 2019. I'd forgotten it!

Not a hit that I'm happy about. RIP Samuel Johnson.

I don't understand who is Samuel Johnson?

Robbie Coltrane played Samuel Johnson in a classic episode of Blackadder

Yes, I've got Paul O'Grady too.  Given his heart condition I always thought he could go suddenly at any time.

Looks like nobody had Ryuichi Sakamoto , which isn't surprising.

This pool would have benefited from the opportunity to swap some picks in and out periodically.

As there is no qo for Jim Molan (died 16.01.2023) I will replace him with James Whale.

Don't think anyone had picked upon Lisa Loring being a hit in this pool too for @Handrejka

Only one necessary replacement for me so far, Kate Figes. And the replacement, Rush Limbaugh, died, too, of course.

So it seems like I have 11 hits so far. Is that good or bad? Well.... let's see in another 5 years.

Thanks. It looks like I had Kirsty Alley too which I don't remember and a few of us had Nicholas Evans.

My annual sweep of this pool has brought to my attention that William Hurt died over a year ago.

Up to er...3.

This pool is self-evidently a marathon not a sprint though...

Yes, sorry to see him go,  Paul Rubens, otherwise known as Pee Wee Herman was such a funny guy,  so young!  Not on my list, this was a surprise- https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/other/paul-reubens-actor-best-known-as-pee-wee-herman-dies-at-70/ar-AA1eBlGD?ocid=msedgntp&cvid=7776da9caa614cc6b16e1cb34d603dd0&ei=8
