So, it's only an assumption that the bloke with her viewing the house was her husband. She swings both ways too, right? So could be male or female and could be someone outside the USA simply for the purposes of giving her the right to live somewhere she'd be hard to extradite from.

It was in 2019 she took he house, in November so after Eppsteins 'death' . Now there's one for the right wing conspiracy theorists to get there head round and salivate over. 

 

As mpfc has said, the man appears to be Janet Marshall's husband rather than necessarily Ghislaine Maxwell. Probably someone else equally unable to live under their real name involved in this case so they invented this fabrication.
