Heef 166 Posted February 2, 2020 The ANZAC List belatedly makes a return. Thanks to all those that contributed to the list. I put this together on Friday,, but have been out and only got round to posting today. In the meantime, Mike Moore died this morning so that's theoretically a first hit. If anyone is concerned about the fact I haven't posted the list before he's scuttled off this mortal coil, then I'll bring in a sub, but he was a returner from last year and I've picked him for DDP teams for a number of years. 25 people return from last year (last year's position in Brackets) and 25 newbies on the list. David Gulpilil takes the #1 slot, but the majority of the list was pretty volatile. 1. David Gulpilil (b. 1 Jul 1953, Arnhem Land) Australian 2. Elizabeth Chong (b. 27 May 1931, Canton) Australian 3. Joey Russ 7,229 Posted February 2, 2020 Bruce Reid that they were talking about wasn’t the cricketer but rather this guy
John Key 747 Posted February 2, 2020 I always thought Mike Moore looked shit, but other than a stroke a few years ago I didn't have any reason to include him in my list - especially when there are older former Prime Ministers. I guess I should send my condolences, but he was a Labour Party member and leader.
WhoamI 35 Posted February 19, 2020 Actress Zoe Caldwell has died aged 86 yrs old. Born in Melbourne 1933. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/02/18/arts/zoe-caldwell-dead.html
Joey Russ 7,229 Posted May 11, 2020 Is Deane Sutherland the only other success on that list now he has an obituary? Just asking in case I missed someone else...
Joey Russ 7,229 Posted October 14, 2020 If my math is correct there’s only 3 hits so far. Quite underwhelming (there’s really a few names like Gulpilil that really should be dead now)

Heef 166 Posted December 14, 2020 Annoyingly, Ken Shadie is on the list twice and I can't currently find the original spreadsheet to replace him. Still, I make the score 9/50.
