That would make  a change. Normally the entire squad has been filed under 'for later'

Somebody had Margaret Nolan here.

You'll need a more substantial report. It will come.

Edit: This will do: https://variety.com/2020/film/news/margaret-nolan-dead-goldfinger-hard-days-night-carry-on-1234800660/

I was only considering posting a couple of days ago that after an unusually hectic start we've settled into the familiar pattern of silence that is normally a hallmark of the Scavenger Hunt but then, bang! The first heavy duty death of Game 3! 11 teams score with this I think, and 2 players score in a third category!

RIP Nobby.

Bear with. I am currently without my laptop as yesterday was my last day at work. Got all my data stored but need to fire up the old lap top and it might need a software update

With Sean Connery gone, it's conceivable that someone could win this on one category! :P

8 deaths already and 5 in the James Bond category (surely the Nobel Prize winners was odds-on to get to 5 first?!).

In R1, Death 8 came 7 months into the game in January 2017, with the 4th death of a Test Cricketer - we had to wait another 2 months for the 5th in one category (House of Lords at the end of February).

In R2, Death 8 came within days of 7 months passing in the game (end of September 2018) with the death of the 3rd Grammy Winner. It would be another 3 months (mid-December) before we hit 5 in a category (also Grammy Winners).

In R3, Death 8 has come in nigh-on exactly 2 months since we started and also brings the 5th death in a category in the same timeframe - rapid!

@Banana is already up to 4 hits in 3 categories. He is not yet one away though (unless I'm mistaken), whereas Death 8 in R2 got @Death Impends within 1 unique of victory. In R1, 3 players had reached 4 hits already after 8 deaths but none were yet within 1 of victory - in neither R1 or R2 did any of these players win overall either, by the way. Will we last the year with Round 3?!

Thanks.  I've got 2 hits in the Bond category though - Lonsdale and Connery.

I think he's still in the process of updating!  That was only Stiles, not Connery.

Sean Connery                                                    ol, ro, gr, sp, ba, di, gn, to

The joint most popular pick in James Bond category two players have 4 hits but everyone is still at least two hits from winning.

Always chronological where possible. Towards the end of the game it can become important

A hit for four players, unsurprisingly, not including me.
