Date of Death seems to be 2nd January 2021.
January is shaping up as a potentially prolific month for centenarian deaths after the slow start to December.Probably helped by corona.At least one of the top 8 will surely go during the month !

I know some people make fun of me for saying this but I really do think this is the death of a true British pop legend.Who has not heard of Gerry and the Pacemakers? Watching him sing You'll Never Walk Alone on the news did bring tears to my eyes, and I'm not even from Liverpool never mind support them ! A day of true sadness in the pop music world ..My condolences to the people of Liverpool.

I have a feeling that Shultz is going to be another Ronald Atkins, not just breaking a record but then exceeding it by years.So he might make it to the 2025 list and finally go at 104 ! I've just realised the last 4 US Presidents to die (Nixon Reagan Ford and Bush ) were all Republican. The last Democrat President to die was Lyndon Johnson in january 1973 , so we're well overdue one !

I know I ask this every year but I'ne never had an answer so what if someone dies in the US while it's still dec 31 their time.Does that count as a 2020 hit or a 2021 hit ? Bob Dole might have died in the last hour for all we know ! Do we just go with the time of the announcement of their death , not the time of their actual death?

I knew there would be a big death on the last day of the year.In fact there have been at least 2 . Ronald Atkins and now Tommy Docherty. 2020 just keeps taking, or giving, depending on your point of view..And there are still 7 hours of it to go ! (if you live in the UK like me ) So many legends going ...

Please don't laugh at this question, but is it possible to impeach a President even after they've left office? If so Trump could be first (ex) President to be impeached twice !
