His Wikipedia page says that he suffers from dementia and diabetes and fails to recognize people. Sounds bad for him.

I think they are very selfish people who care only for their money. They want to pay no taxes and to have no ecological laws so they buy politicians to achieve this. It´s sad when richest people don´t want to help society but only want more money.

Hm, all I know is that he has been mentioned as "deceased" in some kind of book about North Korean leaders, although I cant find the source now.

North Korean prime minister Ri Kun Mo has been dead since at least 2010 apparently.

Definitely looks like he is in a deathbed. Vo Nguyen Giap died in a similar condition if I remember well.
