Conor Lawless has admitted causing the death of his 16-year-old best friend in a double crash on a main Highland road.
The incident in December 2019 also left another motorist injured just months after he obtained his licence.
Lawless was driving at excessive speed on the A9 in a Vauxhall Corsa near to North Kessock, Inverness.

John ‘Tiny’ Langler dead at 72. He was a big name in Aberdeen and by big I mean 6’7”. He owned oil companies in Aberdeen and was Deputy Lieutenant too.
