Ahhh yes, so that's why cricket is short for cricket football.

Cricket Thread. Only Mad Dogs And Englishmen

Amazing how he had a "stable of stars" using his bats in the early 1980s. The three stumps logo was something very simple but very recognisable for a generation. -
He pops up now and again in my group of British dads in Austria's "Fantasy Funeral League", and hasn't shown any intention of troubling the scorers, so usually gets jettisoned - we are very strict on rollovers.

As well as hitting Denis Breakwell for six successive sixes (across consecutive overs). -
He studied at St Andrews and Edinburgh universities so clearly no slouch.

Thaksin Sinawatra one for 2025 perhaps, or is it prison avoidance "ill health"? https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-68329953

Another Kenyan long distance runner - Henry Rono, dead aged 72. Never ran at the Olympics - Kenya didn't compete in 1976 or 1980 and he'd retired in 1984. In 1978 he broke the 10,000 m, 5,000m, 3,000m Steeplechase and 3,000m records in 81 days.

Something that Miranda Hart couldn't be accused of.

Probably why he told William to stay off the pegging while both he and the PoW were in hospital.

Just let Liz Truss in to see him. Problem solved. (Either Charles or Witchell).

You've forgotten that he narrated Spot the Dog.
