Indeed and his other band members didn't seem to care at the time.... Now touting him as an 'essential but forgotten member' cos he's snuffed it...... He was a bit part player in the long history of the band, it'd be nice if bands could just be honest about this stuff. 'The random part time replacement for our bezza mate 40 years ago has snuffed, he was a decent bloke but the band would have survived without him' rather than touting him as essential.

Rather too involved indeed, borderline covering up...

I see his former colleagues have rushed to pay tribute to him, I don't remember them being so fussed when he wasn't inducted to the hall of fame alongside them..... He was a member for a mere 2 years as well, so you can talk about how essential he was but they've likely had touring musicians last longer than that.
