Guys, wonder if you can help me with this one. (I used your search engine first which yielded no results) British actor Cyril Appleton - according to wiki he was born 31 May 1930 and is still alive - according to IMDB he was born July 29, 1930 and died July 2, 2005. Firstly sorry I offended - but in my defense 1- I did use the search engine first but typing in Oscar Quitak bought up a lengthy list of Academy Award winners and nominees - understandable if I had just typed his first name - not so understandable when I cut and paste his full name - 2 -I looked at wiki's "source" and I didn't think it reputable myself - added to which a google search did not bring up a single obit for him - and also no mention (that I can find) on the social media site formerly known as twitter of his death. But, as I say, sorry to duplicate effort so apologies.

According to Wiki character actor Oscar Quitak died on New Year's Eve at the age of 97.

Vincent Ball is still Carrying On and is 100 today.

Pure idle curiosity on my part, but I was doing some research on 1 hit wonders The Toys. They were formed in 1961 and had the one hit "A Lovers Concerto" in 1968. What struck me is that all 3 members (according to Wiki) are still alive. I've been trying to think of other groups from earlier who could feasibly reform with their original line up. There can't be many.
