Artist and actor Axel Jodorowsky (wiki) dead at 57. Survived of course by his 93-year-old father, and frequent forum mention, Alejandro Jodorowsky. -
Her Bloomberg obituary mentions it.

Interesting. I looked him up. Public records suggest he was born in October 1935. He's also a convicted sex offender (yikes) which confirms the 1935 date. It seems the whimsical claim that he's well into his 100s originates with this interview with Rhys Coiro, where he says "my sidekick, by the way, [is played by] Leon Lamar an amazing actor who is 104 years old. At the time of shooting, I guess he was only 102 or 103, but I believe he is now 104... I was just in a constant state of interviewing him, and learning about his amazing life. I mean, he didn’t even start acting until he was in his late seventies." His wife later backed it up on Instagram, although her math is a little off. Crikey. He's clearly nowhere near 104! Guess Coiro is pretty gullible.

Lee Grant and Gena Rowlands are definitely notable enough for inclusion IMO. Grant won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar and had three other nominations, and Rowlands had a 60+ year career with multiple Emmys, Golden Globes, and an honorary Oscar, along with two competitive nominations. There have been far less luminous thespians on the list in the past. Roger Corman could make it. Turning 97, incredibly important figure in cinema, one of the few living people who directed movies in the 1950s, extremely long career, also has an honorary Academy Award. Haven't been many directors on the list from what I've seen lurking, but I doubt anyone would complain if he made it on.

Seems worth a crosspost: Marsha Hunt dead at 104.

Barker gang where we at?

David A. Arnold (wiki) dead at 54. Had a couple of Netflix stand-up specials and a few acting parts in tv shows here and there. Wrote for Fuller House and some Tyler Perry shows, and created a Nickelodeon show called That Girl Lay Lay which premiered last year. Article says "natural causes". He only tweeted five hours ago, so probably something sudden.

Jane Fonda - Controversial Princess of a Hollywood Dynasty
tracy replied to Gooseberry Crumble's topic in DeathList Forum
Blog post from her today. Says she has been undergoing treatment for 3 weeks and feels great. There's a video of her exercising. Doesn't seem particularly worried. IMO, I wouldn't bet on her being a hit any time soon. -
Yes, she died on June 7, 2018 at the age of 93 per her MyLife page. I'll submit to IMDb.
-
I highly doubt it. "William Harry Fletcher, age 90, died Thursday, August 29, 2013. He was born December 20, 1922 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Harry and Exie (Moulton) Fletcher. He was a 1940 graduate of North High School and was a 50 year member of New England Lodge #4 F&AM and Past Patron of Worthington Chapter #287 O.E.S. Bill retired from the Ohio Insurance Institute and was a faithful member of the Old North High Club." Does this sound like an actor to you? More than likely an IMDb editor just grabbed the death date of a random 1922-born William Fletcher without doing any research.

Richard Roat dead at 89. One of those guys who appeared in pretty much every American TV comedy ever made. I'll just quote the article:
-
William Reynolds dead at 90. Had a number of film and TV roles in the 50s and 60s. Probably best remembered for starring on The F.B.I. and his lead role in the Twilight Zone episode "The Purple Testament".
-
Voted for Barker, even though I'd like for him to see 99.
-
Ron Logan dead at 84.

That picture is from May 2017. For some reason, viral tweets about Gene Hackman talking about his current life and how he goes biking etc. that include photos from a few years ago claiming to be recent are somewhat common.
-
Time to stick a fork in this oft-mentioned character on here. Ronald Pellar (wiki), the stage hypnotist and con man who was the final husband of Lana Turner, died on June 1, 2013, at the age of 83. Got a brief mention in "The Paper" (creative name) under one of his many pseudonyms.

I don't see anything. Her sister Gloria's obituary from 2010 didn't mention her as a survivor, so I figure it's safe to say she was probably dead before then. The 1971 Albrecht could be her. Mildly amusing: Gloria has two IMDb pages. Wonder if, given her adult roles are under a different name, no one made the connection that they're the same person. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0403601/ https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0935930/

Actually looks she wasn't in anything silent. Her obituary mentions this movie was "one of the first talkies", and its Wikipedia article seems to agree. So, close but no dice. Still neat she was alive so recently though.
-
Yeah, I was about to bring him up. He was born on June 8, 1930 in Los Angeles and died there January 15, 1937. Kind of surprised his IMDb was never updated because his Find a Grave page has a fair number of flowers.
-
Nope. He has a page, of course, but there's no indication on it that he's dead. The edit looks plausible, so it's likely just a rare miss.
-
Sure. Here's his page. Exact match for his son's edits.
-
Boomie is also still alive on FamilyTreeNow and other sites, so that doesn't surprise me. Here, have his mylife record:
-
Unfortunately, for recent deaths, probably not. In the automatically generated "personal profile summary" on each page, there's a question that says "is (name) still alive?". Older deaths will read "no, (name) is no longer alive and passed away in (date)". The pages for Reynolds and Garbo still read "yes, (X) is alive" even though they're marked as dead, which suggests they don't have a date yet.
-
Now marked (perhaps recently?) as deceased on Searchpeoplefree. I buy it. Fan mail seems to have gone cold for the past three years, and that's a fair amount of time to be alive and inactive when you're in your mid-90s. Also, SPF doesn't mark people as dead willy nilly. Only problem is, of course, that there's no death date, which is more than a little annoying for someone who has a Wikipedia page.
