He probably died in 2018 or so, as he was already dead by the time of his sister's obituary in January 2019. His parents lived to 101 and 104, what a flop he must feel like in Heaven for not making his ton.

I had a feeling it was our Latin American friend based on the bad English, but since he was blocked without a fight I didn't figure he'd be bored enough to try signing up again and actually passing that account off as legit news. Familysearch's records are great, but the trees and profiles are maintained by simpletons and can usually be safely ignored. Case in point, her brother's page says he died in 2000, when he actually died in 2016 (clearly someone lazily confused him with another guy of the same name). She's listed as a survivor in that obituary and was returning fanmail as recently as 2022, so I think we can conclude the unsourced update claiming she died way back when isn't true.
