Highly suspicious that they would bring in such a system that allows 20 votes rather than one vote. It would create a lot of variables that would make judging the contest a lot more cumbersome than the simpler method of one vote for one person. 

 

The voting seems to have been set up in a way that encouraged vote brigading.
