    I was sure there was a thread for pornstars on here. Marilyn Chambers, probably one of the few pornstars to be a household name has died aged 57. Link has some racy language - I know some if you worry about that kind of thing.

    And speaking of mothers in the public eye - funny how Jade can get so much sympathy and yet Britain's former favourite mum (who goes to Iceland) is getting so much bile and hatred slung towards her. They're both as vile as each other.

    I wouldn't. I could always take or leave Jade Goody, never thought much about her either way, but Kerry is relatively local to where I grew up and she's a constant embarrassment to all working class northern girls like myself who aren't like that. I wouldn't wish cancer on her, but if she got it I'd just think "How appropriate."

     

    Hopefully now that she has left that scumbag sponger she will beat her demons..not like I'm a fan of hers youu must understand..

    On the other hand Jade is I think the first reality star to suffer a gruesome death (some might hope first of many).

    Not many; all.

     

    Hopefully the cancer that is "reality" TV will also go the same way.

     

    News, sport and documentaries were the first reality TV shows and should be the only ones allowed.

     

    I think you're spot on...pathetic really, people are dying of cancer every day.

     

    I hope she goes to heaven but please let yourself have peace first- it will not be the same Jade.

    Jimmy Boyd has died aged 70. He was the original singer of "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" in 1952.

     

    Now, I'm no conspiracy theorist :rolleyes: but Molly Bee, who also had a hit with the same record, died last month, as did Estelle Bennett of the Ronettes who also recorded it, so it's interesting to note that the song has also been recorded by Michael Jackson (along with his brothers) and Amy Winehouse...

    I'm sure there will still be time to organise a trip to Lourdes for the miracle cure. They are probably waiting for the weather to get a bit warmer. Imagine the scope for photo features! They could sell it to Ave! magazine* as well as OK. And they could do well out of tacky souvenirs too.

     

    * I just made that up, but it wouldn't surprise me if there really is one.

     

    I must fess up to having actually been to Lourdes some years ago, and the amount of tacky souvenirs you see at every turn really does beggar belief. Toast's link is only the tip of the iceberg, and if you get away from 'official' souvenir stalls you don't have to go far to see people selling Virgin Mary lighters, penknives, and best of all, flick knives.

     

    Perhaps a Jade Goodie flick knife would be a fitting memorial, as they're both capable of bringing misery into people's lives.

     

    Surely she can't blag t this time? Surely it's too late for her to recover?

     

    My God the cancer is all over her!

    Alcohol for me personally.

     

    Wished I had never started driniking the stuff;

     

    I'm currently off from work today dealing with the worst case of stomach cramps I have had yet.

     

    It's stoping me from eating/having an appetite.

     

    But I cannot stop, I'm locked away in my room today just happy I'm not going to have a walk and be tempted to step into a pub as soon as I see one.

     

    And as for sex, chance wold be a good thing..

     

    I'm 27 but currently feel 54.. :):referee:
