    1st of all, all you haters out there u will fade into insignificance. MJ will be remembered as a great artist for centuries to come.

     

    He will be like a mozart of our time, regardless of what the HATERS say. MJ has done mistakes like all of us. The only difference is that he is the public eye, there his mistakes are 'publicized'. Guess it comes with the territory.

    Now, before u jump to conclusions, I’m not saying that I think that he is guilty as charged. When I said MISTAKES, I did not mean that. I meant more like plastic surgery, making himself venerable to fraud.

     

    I've got quite an interesting scenario.

    If God was standing right of you and he asked you - (lets forget about the debate about if there is God or not for arguments sake). Do you think MJ is guilty as charged?

    Infact, the most you investigate into the case yourself, the more innocent you find that he is. If u think that the jurors will let him go free if they thought he was guilty, then you need to do some soulsearching & opening your mind.

     

    Think about this. Surly if Micheal is guilty as charged, they would got a killer fact somewhere. Wat u have to remember is that Michael was scrutinised by prosecuters but the accussed weren’t. You now what that means.

    Let’s assume that Michael is guilty [& this is a fact]. This means there is a big probability that he will be found guilty. [Roughly about 7 on a scale of 1 – 10].

    Obviously depends on factors such as our well the search is done and how the evidence is produced.

    Although I know if MJ is guilty or not, I will keep my personal opinions with me for the mean time. We don’t know if MJ is guilty or not. The home of the accuser was not searched for evidence, so we will not concern ourselves with Scenario 3 & Scenario 4. Scenario 1 & Scenario 2 will be of more use to us. Since MJ was searched, while the accuser wasn’t, this gives him big disadvantage already.

     

     

    Since MJ was found innocent in spite of being rigorously searched for evidence, it means that there is a 75% chance that MJ is TRULY innocent. Scenario 3 or Scenario 4 would have given MJ a 50-50 which would have brought us closer to the truth because evidence will come from both sides. The sides should fit like a puzzle since there is only 1 truth.

    - Just because he paid off a settlement doesn’t mean he's guilty. We all react 2 things differently. That’s why MJ is the ****superstar*** he is & u haters r where u are.

     

    - Just because he shares his bed with kids doesn’t mean any sexual notations are involved. I wonder how many people know very much about the chandler(1993) case, especially those who say he's guilty!
