    Is Diana still an Angel over your way? I haven't visited in over 6 months at least.

     

    Some people think she's an angel, some people think she's a devil, some people manage to be balanced. Pretty much the way it's always been.

     

    Would you reconsider my application if I told you I descended from Edward III?

     

    We don't let banned members rejoin regardless of who they descend from. If we see an application and we can tell it's a banned member reapplying, we have to delete it.

     

    Turns out that being a bastard is in my blood...

    Perhaps I should petition my half 14th cousin 4 times removed, Queen Elizabeth II. Then again, she has probably been banned from your realm as well. Not Liberal enough even by her standard...

    As this post has now secured its status in the annals of Deathlist, the only change I could suggest is a transfer to the City Breaks thread for the report on Numptyville. Even the less travelled among us have been their there-oh, that's how it works.

     

    Entropy, not have a Memorial Service??And miss out on Sir Elton crooning Candle in the Wind? (Top of the ten worst songs in the universe.)

     

    I think I could very happily live without ever hearing that ghastly song again.

     

    He isn't really going to sing it at the memorial service, is he? How tacky.

     

    I'm really looking forward to Saturday. The threads about Charles, Camilla, and Diana over at the Royal Forums have been in a ferment all week, and I'm already exhausted. Of course, then we have the inquest to look forward to...

    I think the books are brilliant. And I love how much they annoy fundamentalist Christians. I'm just glad that JKR hasn't been murdered by one of these religious crackpots on one of her trips to the USA.

    Anyway, I have met some Scottish monarchists - the only problem is that they are Jacobite. With my assistance, they have decided that they want to restore the Stuart claimant to an Independent Scottish Throne. I say with my assistance because they originally place their support in the wrong pretender.

     

    Anyway, they are now keen to take the Throne from this 'German Hanoverian Bitch'. The ironic thing is that they want it restored in the form of Franz, Duke of Bavaria (or as they call him, His Grace King Francis II).

     

    They weren't originally supporting that ridiculous Prince Michael of Albany, were they? They must be desperate. The Queen is half Scottish anyway, which may well be more than any of the pretenders can claim.

     

    My problem araises from the Queen's planned visit to Dundee next month. This group have decided to organise a get together. They will not assassinate her, but plan to egg her. So should I attempt to tip off the authorities, or should I sit back and watch them make fools of themselves?

     

    Chances are that the authorities already know about the various Scottish separatist groups.

    Prince Philip's ancestry was Danish and Russian on his father's side and German and English on his mother's (his mother was a great-granddaughter of Queen Victoria). Where are you getting Nazi from?

     

    For the record, if you are German it does not mean you are a Nazi, but I enjoy calling Phillip a Nazi.

     

    Ah, so it isn't that you think he is one, you just like calling him a Nazi even though he isn't. Whatever.

    Queen Fabiola must be about 200 years old, and she's been looking rather frail in recent years. She's originally Spanish, but being Queen of Belgium for over 30 years must count toward being Belgian.

    And Henry VIII and Elizabeth I were both gingers.

     

    I guess Harry is ginger because Diana had a bit of ginger in her....

     

    Although a past King and Queen, how are they related to our current Royal family who are actually Germans? They're only the Windsors because of World War One.

     

    They're related to the current royal family via Henry VIII's sister Margaret, who was the great grandmother of James I. Portraits of her show that she also had red hair.

    No surprise there, I suppose, considering the various recent abductions, but what a clumsy way it was handled. No he isn't going, yes he is, no he isn't. Makes the Army look seriously incompetent.

     

    Or maybe Bush asked Blair, as a favour, to make sure Harry didn't go because it'd make him and his pals look bad to have the Queen's grandson go to Iraq while his own children stayed behind and partied.

    This is where we are putting thing/people we wish to die forever, yes?

     

    I wish to die all European people who are not liking Eurovision Song Contest. In my student "court of residence" I try to make Eurovision Song Contest party, but nobody is even watching it (maybe some gay boys). I can maybe watch on my own this year :(

     

    At home everybody is watching Eurovision, we are making a party and everybody is gets very drunked. In England,m nobody is watching about it, and nobody even know which country it is at (last year's winner, so Helsinki in Finland)

     

    If you are not watching it, maybe you don't like Europe (die) or maybe you don't liking songs or competition (already you are dead???). I think everybody must watch it and enjoy Europe together singing and choosing the best song.

     

    p.s. This year, I tihkn Moldova will win. Always pretty grils get lot of points. Not Israel they are evil singing about killing arab peoples with nulear bomb :lol: I hope Spain is getting a lot of points but the entry is this year not so pretty. :(

     

    See, and here's me thinking that I'd like to put the Eurovision Song Contest on my list of things the world would be better off without. Just goes to show... :lol:

    Wasn't it illegal back in the 1950s? If he was politically ambitious, that would have been a really stupid thing to be doing. But he isn't around to defend himself, and sex-based allegations will always sell newspapers.

    Well, sorry to take the focus off Windsor for a moment, but Elspeth the Royal Forums Admin is back. Took a bit of doing, but the forum owner and I finally managed to get things sorted.

     

    OK, sorry for the diversion. Back to Provoke-Windsor Day. :)
