    It's fairly clear there are news editors all over the place steeped in rock history to the point of knowing a lot of the geek stuff so when it comes to the major bands all of those with close associations are Q/O fodder.

    Ooo quinsy's nasty - can kill if they burst - bloody painful too.  I wouldn't be unkind enough to suggest it's a result of the musical efforts he's inflicted on us - tho you can get em from knob gobbling..allegedly.

    O wotshisname Peter Falc? Fawk? Falk - he has the Alz Heimer's - if I remember rightly.

     

    Had a friend, similar age to La Abbott who went from diagnosis of Early-Onset to Dearly Departed within 18 months - grim all round.

    Having seen some of the pictures from Roger Moore's memorial (refuse to link to the Daily Mail - too close to bedtime) might keep an eye on Joan Collins for next year - she's lost a notable amount of weight in the last couple of months and is doing that layering trick with clothes peeps do to disguise how thin she's become.
