Four times for the first four (with once aloud to my children in a British accent). Twice for five and six and once for seven. I have untold hours of fanfiction under my belt and three stories of my own posted. Yeah, Harry Potter fan, too. -

We are back! We survived and I want a parent of the year medal or something. Took us 14 hours to get there, only 12 to get home and I put 2600km on my four month old Tiguan. My daughter is healing and I'm hopeful she will eventually be okay. Thank you YoungWillz, bibliogryphon, Handrejka and Morbidkid. -
My fourth was an emergency c-section. They actually pulled a woman out of the OR to get me in. We passed each other in the hallway. I was bawling my eyes out and she was lovely and told me not to worry she was happy to wait which made me bawl even more. My son was safely delivered and I have a scary frankenstein-like scar.

Everytime I see this thread I think it reads "Ask a deatheater" so I click on it only to be disappointed.

Just when I thought I couldn't handle more...my daughter. My ex-husband and I are driving from Vancouver to Edmonton tomorrow morning to bring her back to BC. To give context it is a 12-14 hour drive there and back. Proof that I will do anything for my kids. Please send your healing thoughts to my daughter she is not well. This is one of the worst fucking years of my life. -
There is a long-standing whispered rumour that one of my cousins was not fathered by my uncle but more likely by the wealthy man down the street. Surely they could just do a DNA test? They could, but no one really talks about it openly. My uncle has long passed on and the wealthy man down the street has dementia. It was one of Nana's suspicions. So a Maury Povich appearance is unlikely.

I'm not certain I'll make 65, immortality isn't even on my radar.

Celebrity - I'm torn between Heather Rourke and Rebbeca Schaffer. Non-celebrity - my mum

We finally got some rain!!! The wind was fun. Trees down all over the lower mainland. My neighbour's palm trees all blew over and my son is hiding in the basement.

Monday I start my third job in 2015 with my company having survived a few rounds of layoffs in less than a year. I've been transferred to a very challenging group. I'm not sure I can handle much more stress. I'm too old for this shit. -
Still stage 3 water restriction in Vancouver lower mainland. I want to wash my car, darn it!

Glad to read you are "fine now." We need to turn 49 next month. Don't scare us again, k. Thx. -
I know this guy...I was married to him once upon a time.

you dont refer to yourself in the third person either! I only do that once I a while. You don't like my prima donna speak, Paul. I disagree we are all opinionated. What sense is taking one's opinions to the grave? Let me out, I say! And no matter what you say, own it like a boss. SC not in third person PS: I don't believe so. I believe it was a Guest posted on this dead man's thread. If it was you then the shoe fits. Make sure they're thick-soled cuz one might get butthurt wearing thin-soled ones around here. At least when Sir Creep is about (ahh dammit third person). I suspect comprehension is a challenge for you. Oh well...LLAP

Boys are gone for a week. Now would be a great time to finish the bathroom. I just need to find some motivation. -
Hmm...was that directed at me, Sir Creep? I am registered and before you at that, I'm just not nearly as wordy or opinionated. LLAP

Chris Hyndman 49 found dead in alley near his home. I used to regularly watch one of Chris and Steven's shows in the early, early days of HGTV-Canada. Shocking death...police won't comment. http://www.cbc.ca/news/arts/christopher-hyndman-co-host-of-cbc-s-steven-and-chris-dead-at-49-1.3178833

Livers are tough. I wrote about my uncle on the Predict your Death thread. He survived for many years with a 10% functioning liver. I am optimistic for Jimmy. It doesn't feel like he's done yet.
